Another day, another slice of Lily Phillips controversy. It's like clockwork at this point, isn't it?
The OnlyFans model is back in the news after it emerged that an adult content creator who once collaborated with the Brit is getting a divorce due to their explicit content.
Tiffany Wisconsin, known online as Tiff Goodtime, took part in one of Phillips' NSFW challenges earlier this year. They shared several videos from the event, during which Phillips claimed to have slept with 50 men in less than 24 hours.
But while Tiffany previously explained on Instagram that "the divorce was my husband finding the video I did with 20 guys on our wedding night," Phillips has continued to break down barriers when it comes to extreme adult content.
One of these sex-related stunts was dubbed the "backdoor challenge," and it doesn't leave much to the imagination.
But in a video posted in 2025, Phillips explained exactly what it entailed.
In a behind-the-scenes video posted on her TikTok account back in March 2025, Phillips revealed how she slept with 50 consecutive men as part of the challenge.
She revealed earlier in the year that she would be "having sex with as many guys as possible in my backdoor. Will you be there?" Romantic.
As part of a vlog, she gave fans a rundown for those who might be too shy to show up.
“If you wanna come to one of my events but you’re too nervous because you don’t know what to expect, let me give you a rundown of everything we get up to,” she started to explain.
Men can be seen queuing up outside a building, as the OnlyFans star is dressed in nothing but a white dressing gown and black high heels.
She went on: “So when you first arrive at the venue, we start off with all the boring stuff like ID checks, filling out forms, checking tests,” she said. That’s STD tests, by the way.
“So while we’re waiting for everyone to arrive, we’re usually chatting, there’s some music, we do have snacks, water, honestly anything you need.”
After shooting all her social media clips with the anonymous men she plans to have intercourse with, she actually speaks to them, admitting: “Just before the session starts I usually like to do a little pep talk and make sure everyone understands the dos and don’ts of the event.”
Men can be seen wearing balaclavas in the video, to conceal their identities, while walking to a small room with a bed made of leather.
She went on: “Once kick-off starts, honestly it is all go. The time limit can really vary but this one lasted two hours.”
Some quick maths indicates that Phillips spent an average of 41 seconds with each guy, though with all the preparation she claims to do, it's likely less.
She claimed that she aims to give everyone an equal amount of time, and people can leave when they want.
Once she gets cleaned up and says goodbye to the men, she speaks to them outside before they move on with their lives, or try to.
As for Tiffany Wisconsin, she told fans on Instagram that the split was the "hardest thing I've ever been through."
The post included footage from one of her adult content videos, prompting messages of support from fellow creator Lily Phillips.
Responding in the comments, Phillips wrote: "Lol love you. If you need help you know who to call."
However, the now-single OnlyFans star appeared to take a different tone in a separate social media post, where she wrote: "I love cheating" alongside a shrugging shoulders emoji.
It is unclear whether she was referring to her current marriage or a previous relationship.
In an earlier interview, Tiffany said she had been married to a former husband for 17 years before becoming a stay-at-home mother. She later joined OnlyFans, explaining that she wanted greater financial independence.
Her collaboration with Lily Phillips also attracted attention after Tiffany revealed she had undergone what she described as "reconstructive surgery."
Speaking about the procedure, she said: "I thought it would be a fun idea to let 50 guys in my backdoor with my friend Lily Phillips because, you know, we like to do crazy stuff."
She added: "With this line of work I'm in, it needs to look perfect so here I am at the surgery place."
