Anyone who's ever tried to make a major change to their diet or lifestyle knows that it's hard to make it stick.
Maybe you're dropping gluten, or forgoing carbs altogether, or ditching meat for good: all it takes is one bad day to make you break your self imposed rules.
So if you're looking for someone to inspire you to keep up the change, then you could do a lot worse than Lizzo.
Take a look at Lizzo's video right here:

This week, the iconic artist took to her official TikTok account this week to share a candid video of herself celebrating being vegan for the past six months.
In a clip posted to her 10.9 million followers on the platform, the 32-year-old performer can be seen stripping off and dancing around in a thong bodysuit, showing off her curves proudly. The video was captioned simply: "Happy 6 months Vegan to meee [sic]."

Lizzo then charted her veganism journey all the way back to the very start of lockdown, when she shared footage of herself preparing a very bizarre meal in a blender (which she called a "stale doughnut poundcake milkshake type concoction,") and compared it with a more recent clip, showing her enjoying a healthy vegan protein shake.

However, despite her newfound green diet, Lizzo (who is a proud and advocate for self-care and body positivity) also assured her fans that she still likes her current body shape, and isn't looking to lose weight.
Per The Mirror, Lizzo stated: "I'm loving myself and loving on my body... Love yourself at all stages of your life because that's who you are."

In a recent interview with Vogue, Lizzo opened up her personal body positivity ethos, stating:
"I think it’s lazy for me to just say I’m body positive at this point. It’s easy. I would like to be body-normative. I want to normalize my body. And not just be like, ‘Ooh, look at this cool movement. Being fat is body positive.’"

She added: "No, being fat is normal. I think now, I owe it to the people who started this to not just stop here. We have to make people uncomfortable again, so that we can continue to change. Change is always uncomfortable, right?"

Indeed, last week Lizzo flaunted her figure in an Instagram post.
In a post made to her 9.2 million Instagram followers, Lizzo shared a picture of herself wearing a skin-toned bodysuit that made her appear to be naked, with her long dark hair covering her backside.
