Mark Wahlberg has revealed that he's already gotten back in shape after gaining 20lbs for a movie role.
In a post shared with his 16.3 million followers on Instagram, the 50-year-old Ted actor shared a video of himself hitting the gym at F45 Training Hollywood in Los Angeles.
Wahlberg can be seen working out with his close friend, Saved By The Bell star Mario Lopez, doing pull-ups and lifting weights in a bid to shed the pounds he piled on.
He wrote in an accompanying caption: "My guy @mariolopez is back! @f45_training @municipal. [sic]"
The actor's post certainly struck a chord with his many fans, who promptly took to the comments to compliment his physique and praise him for getting back in shape so quickly.

One person wrote: "I want to train with you guys!! [sic]"

A second added: "These guys always look they in [their] late 20s man wtf."

A third chimed in: "I would love a workout at that gym... talk about motivation."

While another wrote: "Aloha Mark and Mario! No pain, no gain, right?"

Finally, someone else wrote: "Mark... looks like [you're] killing Mario in these workouts keep it up [...] Have a great day both of you."

Lopez himself also took to the comments to state: "Throwin it down like we should!"
Back in May, Wahlberg shared an image of his body after gaining weight to play a boxer-turned-priest in director Rosalind Ross's upcoming faith-based drama movie Stu.
Wahlberg then tagged his own personal chef Lawrence Duran and credited him for his present appearance, writing in the post's caption: "From left photo 3 weeks ago to this, now. Thanks to @chef_lawrence_d cooking. [sic]"
Duran later told E! News that Wahlberg was eating 7,000 calories for three weeks to bulk up, stating: "His first breakfast is four eggs; that's the pre-breakfast.
"Then, he does his workout, and then after the workout, which is usually around 5 to 6 o'clock in the morning, we do eight eggs, six strips of bacon, a cup of rice, two tablespoons of olive oil, and a protein shake.
"It's his protein-inspired mass weight-gainer to help build on a little more muscle as well. Then, three hours later, we do some kind of ground beef or ground turkey, whether it's been made into a hamburger patty or a meatloaf, with another cup of rice."
