The 31-year-old 'All About That Bass' singer debuted her dramatic weight loss in a sizzling Instagram photo shoot last week, posing confidently in a miniskirt and white T-shirt.

Back in November 2022, Trainor opened up about dropping 60 pounds after what she described as her “heaviest” point — which came after the birth of her first son, Riley, via C-section.

“I was in a really dark place, and I wanted to be in a great place for my son,” she told Entertainment Tonight Canada at the time.

“I worked [out] every day and challenged myself. I was very dedicated and I started seeing the pounds come off one week at a time, one pound. I was like, ‘I’m fighting.’”

Trainor also said the process transformed the way she thinks about food and fitness. “I learned that I do like healthy food, and I learned what portions mean,” she explained. “My brain is so happy when I exercise.”

Well, it seems as if the singer has stayed true to her word and her followers have acknowledged her hard work.

Among the thousands of fans hyping her up in the comments was her husband, Spy Kids actor Daryl Sabara, who sweetly wrote: “Just the prettiest woman in the world."

A second fan said: "No because it’s the fact that Meghan Trainor is literally MOTHER right now."

A third said: "You look so insanely amazing," while a fourth added: "Looking beautiful."

During a December appearance on Today, the Grammy Award winner revealed her secret weapon: weightlifting.

“I mean, look at those kids,” she said, referring to Riley, 4, and her younger son Barry, 1. “I’ve got to lift them up and chase them. I’m exhausted.”

“I try to go [to the gym] three times a week of lifting weights,” Trainor added. “I didn’t know lifting weights would change my life so much.”

But it hasn’t all been easy changes. Trainor has also been refreshingly honest about going too far with cosmetic tweaks to her face. On her Workin’ on It podcast, she admitted to overdoing it with facial procedures.

“I got too much Botox and I need help!” she confessed.

The singer said she “cannot smile anymore” after getting a procedure known as a “lip flip.”

“Look, this is as big as I can smile. … Everywhere I go I cannot smile. My face hurts to smile, to even try,” she said.
