Millie Bobby Brown has confirmed the gender of her second baby with her husband, Jake Bongiovi.
Fans began speculating that the couple had expanded their family earlier this month after the Stranger Things star shared a picture holding her daughter while Bongiovi walked alongside her with a baby carrier strapped to his chest.
Then, on September 17, a source told PEOPLE that the couple had welcomed another baby via adoption.
Brown has now appeared to confirm the news herself and reveal the gender of their newest arrival.
The 22-year-old actress took to Instagram to share an adorable photo of a little boy holding onto her and Bongiovi's hands.
Brown, who was wearing a ring that said "MOM," captioned the post: "hi little guy!"
Comments were turned off, but fans took to X to congratulate the couple.
"Aww, congratulations to the growing family. Welcome to the world, little guy. Wishing him a lifetime of love, happiness, and beautiful memories," one wrote.
"Happy for her!!!," another said, while a third added: "Their family is growing beautifully. Congratulations to them!"
The new arrival comes just over a year after Brown and Bongiovi, who quietly married in May 2024, adopted their first child, a baby girl.
Announcing the news in August 2025, Brown wrote: "This summer we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption. We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy," adding: "And then there were 3."
During her interview with Kylie Kelce on the Not Gonna Lie podcast in June 2026, the Enola Holmes star revealed adoption had been part of her plans since childhood.
"Every time I was at home, and I was, you know, five, six years old, my parents were like, 'You had your baby dolls.' They were all adopted. I never had any of them myself. And I never pretended I was pregnant," she recalled.
While she didn't rule out pregnancy, adding: "Hopefully one day that's in my future," Brown said: "But for me, adoption was always a part of my future. Adoption is love. Adoption is forever."
Brown has also opened up about adjusting to parenthood. She revealed that she often turns to her mom for advice.
"They are doing something, and you’re like, 'Is that normal? Do they do that?' And you know, I’ll call my [mom]. She’s just like my 911. '[Mom], did I do this? Did my siblings do this?' And she is like, 'Oh, that’s completely normal. They do that all the time,'" she said as part of UNICEF's "My Parenting Journey" series.
Brown added that if she can't reach her mom, she turns to her mother-in-law for the same reassurance.
She and Bongiovi also try to "take it one day at a time".
"My husband and I always say, 'Today was today and tomorrow is going to be tomorrow, and let's just sleep.' You just take it day by day," she said.
Brown previously told British Vogue that becoming a mother had given her a new perspective on life.
"It's been a beautiful, amazing journey — she's taught us so much already," she said. "Perspective is a huge thing. The smaller things in life are so much more precious. Our days are filled with lots of cuddles and laughter, and love. It's just endless joy."
