Tom Brady has taken to Twitter after a video of him went viral celebrating his Super Bowl win.
In the clip which was filmed earlier this week, the football star is seemingly unable to walk straight.
It was captioned: “Tom Brady on land after the Bucs' boat parade.”
Just about an hour after the ESPN post, a seemingly red-faced Brady commented on it, saying: “Nothing to see her… just little avocado tequila”.
On Sunday, Brady’s team the Tampa Bay Buccaneers won Super Bowl LV after defeating the Kansas City Chiefs 31-9.
Tom’s glorious Super Bowl win concluded his first season with his new team, which he joined after leaving the New England Patriots. He was on the latter team for 19 years, where he enjoyed six Super Bowl wins.
Some days after the victory, on February 10, ESPN posted the video on Twitter of the - shall we say - jolly 43-year-old following his team’s boat parade in Tampa Bay.
In the clip, the seven-time Super Bowl champion, who sports an orange t-shirt and black shorts, can be seen stumbling as he is escorted away, passing a crowd of photographers and reporters. Brady smiles and greets the crowd as he is led away.
It goes without saying that plenty of the athlete’s fans had something to say about the hilarious video.
One defended Brady saying: “Leave him alone.... he's entitled to have a good time. He's obviously not driving and he just won his 7th ring. Let him have his fun.”
Another agreed, writing: “Dude has been laser focused his entire adult life and just won the God damn Super Bowl. Maybe we cut him a little slack and let him enjoy himself for an afternoon before he gets back to work and ready for next year?”
But that wasn’t the only video posted of the team’s celebrations.
In another video, filmed by fellow Tampa Bay Buccaneers player Mike Evans, a very merry Tom is seen throwing the Lombardi Trophy for Rob Gronkowski to catch - despite the pair being in separate boats from one another.
Luckily, Gronkowski does manage to catch the trophy and proceeds to scream while holding it up in the air.
