Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are certainly not a couple who shy away from poking fun at each other, much to our delight.

The pair can often be found hilariously roasting each other on Instagram, prompting many to dub them the veritable embodiment of couple goals.

Yet it seems that winding each other up on social media isn't where the fun stops for the Lively/Reynolds household, after Blake Lively took to Instagram to share a brilliant photo of the two of them posing for a rare selfie wearing face masks that had been customized by their daughters.

Taking to her Instagram story to share the brilliant snap, Lively wrote, "We won't embarrass them at all in middle school,"

In a separate photo, Lively shared the craft tools her kids had used to decorate the masks. "This is not an ad," she explained. "These kits are awesome. Also love that @craftstudionyc is owned by a mama."

Meanwhile, Ryan Reynolds has been urging young people to stop partying during the coronavirus pandemic.

"I'm not sure it's a great idea, frankly. People, I don't think they want medical advice from guys like me, no sir," Reynolds says in a voice message posted to Twitter.

He continues:

“Young folks in B.C., they’re partying, which is of course dangerous. And they probably don’t know that thousands of young people aren’t just getting sick from coronavirus, they’re also dying from it too. ‘And of course it’s terrible that it affects our most vulnerable. B.C., that’s home to some of the coolest older people on Earth, I mean David Suzuki, he lives there."

Reynolds went on:

"My mum, she doesn’t want to be cooped up in her apartment all day. She wants to be out there cruising Kitsilano Beach looking for some young 30-something Abercrombie burnout to go full Mrs. Robinson on. She is insatiable.

"But here’s the thing, I hope young people in B.C. don’t kill my mum, frankly. Or David Suzuki. Or each other. Let’s not kill anyone. I think that’s reasonable. But I don’t think I’m the guy to deliver this message, I love parties!

"My favorite thing to do is sit alone in my room with a glass of gin and the first 32 seasons of Gossip Girl. That’s a party. Threw my shoulder out the last time I did that."

According to CBC, there has been a recent surge in cases of COVID-19 in British Columbia, lead by people between the ages of 20 and 39.
