Shania Twain's tour bus has crashed with 13 of those on board being treated in the hospital for their injuries.

The truck from Shania Twain's Queen Of Me tour has left over a dozen members of her team requiring medical treatment. The incident occurred while the crew was en route between Winnipeg and Saskatoon in Canada.

As reported by Page Six, Twain's management group has issued a statement, revealing details about the accident.

"Multiple vehicles encountered dangerous driving conditions due to inclement weather," the statement reads. "Members of the production crew who require medical attention have been taken to nearby hospitals."

Despite the severity of the situation, the Grammy-winning artist, Twain, 58, was not on the bus at the time of the crash.

The statement also expressed gratitude to emergency services for their quick response and ongoing support, and urged patience as they attend to their touring family.

A spokesperson for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that 13 individuals were taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

The incident, reported just after 7:00AM, involved a bus that had rolled over on the highway. CBC Saskatchewan obtained footage from the crash site, depicting the overturned bus amidst debris, with snow and ice covering the ground.

Twain kicked off her tour in April and last performed in Winnipeg on Tuesday. Although she is scheduled to take the stage in Saskatoon on Thursday, it remains uncertain whether the accident will impact her upcoming shows.

The day before the collision, Twain expressed her excitement about closing the tour in her home country via Twitter: "Now, we're in the final run of shows, ending the tour in Canada felt only right... Winnipeg, see your beautiful faces tonight blush."

Earlier this year, Twain called for "all-inclusive country music" at the CMT Music Awards, held at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas.

Promising to champion deserving country artists not getting their due recognition, Twain emphasized her belief in an all-inclusive country music genre. She urged the industry to bridge gaps and provide an equal workspace for all talent.

"This is a genre of music with a rich history that raised and nurtured my own songwriting and performance and recording career from childhood. Currently, the industry standard does a real disservice to this," Twain asserted.

Closing her acceptance speech, the renowned artist announced her commitment to showcasing rising stars on her upcoming Queen of Me tour, including Lindsay Ell, Hailey Whitters, Mickey Guyton, and others.

"My hope is this opportunity and spotlight impresses you much and lights up the careers of these very talented people on their journey," she concluded. "I will continue to do my best as a trailblazer. Together, let's ensure all our fellow artists get equal play regardless of gender, age, or race."
