Shocking claims about Ashton Kutcher in Demi Moore's explosive memoir including cheating and threesomes
Demi Moore opened up about her past relationship with Ashton Kutcher, including allegations of infidelity and threesomes, in her explosive memoir, Inside Out.
When the 63-year-old Substance star released the book in 2019, she pulled back the curtains on her six-year marriage to the 48-year-old That '70s Star and the struggles she says unfolded behind closed doors.
The pair began dating in 2003, quickly becoming one of Hollywood’s most talked-about couples, largely due to their 16-year age gap.
They married in 2005 and were together for six years before separating in 2011. Their divorce was finalized in 2013.
Moore Opens Up About Threesomes In Her Book
In the Ghost actress' book, she admitted to agreeing to Kutcher’s requests for threesomes - a decision she later characterized as a "mistake."
“I wanted to show him how great and fun I could be,” Moore wrote, adding that the experiences later served as a defense for Kutcher’s alleged infidelity.
“Because we had brought a third party into our relationship, Ashton said, that blurred the lines and, to some extent, justified what he’d done," she added.
While Kutcher has never publicly addressed the claims, he reflected on the impact of Moore’s book during a 2023 interview with Esquire, saying: “I’d finally gotten to a place where the press had really laid off me and [wife Mila Kunis], and my life and my family. And then the next day, [the paparazzi] are at my kids’ school.”
He stopped himself mid-thought and added, “I don’t want to open anything up in that realm.”
Kutcher Talks About Step-Parenting
Kutcher was just 26 years old when he took on the role of stepfather to Demi Moore’s three daughters, Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah Willis, whom she shares with Bruce Willis.
Reflecting on that period, he later said: “I was twenty-six, bearing the responsibility of an eight-year-old, a ten-year-old, and a twelve-year-old. That’s how some teen parents must experience their twenties."
Even after the renewed attention sparked by the release of Moore’s memoir, the Two and a Half Men actor has spoken warmly about his bond with the girls.
Speaking on the WTF with Marc Maron podcast, he said: "I’m never going to stop loving them and respecting them... I was never trying to be their father. I always had respect and honoured Bruce [Willis]."
That feeling appears to be mutual as Tallulah, now 31, drew attention after commenting on a Gwyneth Paltrow post about step-parenting, saying she had "a lot to say" about navigating a relationship with an ex-step-parent.
When a fan asked if she was referring to Kutcher, she admitted: “This maybe should have been a private message lol but yes I have personal experience with this.”
Tallulah then clarified that she wasn’t trying to stir up drama and emphasized the importance of healing without blame: “No one needs to be a bad guy for a situation to be healed. There’s room for everyone.”
Scout also addressed the moment during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. “She made a rare comment about stepdad Ashton Kutcher, and she said no one has to be the bad guy," ET’s Cassie DiLaura noted.
Scout responded, “No, and I don’t think so. That’s not the way I hold it [or] my mom holds it."
"I think, since my parents divorced when I was young, it’s always been handled with absolute grace and love, and I think that really is the way forward for everything. It’s just like putting the children first and just handling everything with a lot of mutual respect," she added.
Kutcher is now married to his former That '70s Show co-star Mila Kunis, and the couple shares two children.
Moore has not remarried since their divorce, though she was previously married to Freddy Moore and later to Willis.
