OnlyFans star Sophie Rain has shared more details about the mystery athlete she claims offered her $15 million for her virginity.
Speaking to TMZ outside the exclusive Gravitas members club in Beverly Hills, Rain alleged that the unnamed person is involved in basketball, though she stopped short of revealing exactly who he is.
The social media creator previously revealed she had received a message from an athlete making the eye-watering offer, but until now had not disclosed any details about the person behind it.
According to TMZ, Rain said she rejected the proposal and claimed the athlete eventually “ghosted” her afterward. She did not suggest there was any continued pressure once she turned the offer down.
The alleged $15 million proposal has sparked huge attention online, largely due to the staggering amount of money involved. However, Rain appeared to frame the situation less as a tempting financial deal and more as something she simply wasn’t interested in pursuing.
Rain has become known for regularly making headlines about her online success and earnings through OnlyFans. Earlier this year, PEOPLE reported that she claimed to have earned more than $50 million in net profits from the platform after posting a screenshot of her earnings on X.
During the TMZ interview, Rain kept the alleged athlete’s identity private, and there is currently no public confirmation about who sent the message. No name, team, or league has been identified.
A separate interview clip shared by The Hollywood Fix also featured Rain discussing the alleged offer alongside broader conversations about celebrity culture, OnlyFans, and online fame.
The creator’s profile has continued to expand beyond viral interviews and social media headlines. In late 2025, People reported that Rain donated $121,000 to Feeding America, explaining that she personally understood the realities of food insecurity growing up.
At this stage, however, there is still no independent verification regarding the alleged $15 million offer or the identity of the basketball figure involved.
Until further details emerge, the claims remain based solely on what Rain has publicly stated in interviews.
