Cristiano Ronaldo is going to be a father of six!

The soccer star, who currently plays for Manchester United, announced the exciting news that he and his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez are expecting twins.

The 36-year-old is already a proud dad to Cristiano Jr., 11, twins Mateo and Eva, four, and Alana Martina, three.

Sharing an adorable selfie in bed with Georgina, the pair can be seeing holding up ultrasound scans of their babies.

"Delighted to announce we are expecting twins. Our hearts are full of love - we can't wait to meet you #blessed," he wrote alongside the images.

Georgina also shared the same images with the same caption on her own Instagram account.

Naturally, the news saw fans go wild with excitement as they rushed to the comments section to congratulate the pair.

"Omg this is the best news ever! Congratulations you two," wrote one fan, while another added: "Omg you are making a football team of your own!! Haha yay."

While a third added: "Amazing news. Congrats!"

When asked by Spanish news outlet El Mundo whether the player was "happy" to have another child on the way, he replied: "Yes, very much."

Ronaldo admitted in 2017 he wanted SEVEN children while Georgina last year said: "My desire for motherhood is stronger than anything. "I hope to have more children."

Georgina gave birth to baby daughter Alana Martina on November 12, 2017. Ronaldo posted a picture on Instagram, writing: "Alana Martina is just born! Both Geo and Alana are doing great! We are all very happy!'"

Ronaldo met Georgina in 2016 when she worked in a Gucci store in Madrid.

It's believed she caught his eye in the VIP area of a Dolce & Gabbana event. She has since followed the five-time Ballon d'Or winner from Madrid to Turin and then Manchester, as he left Real Madrid for Juventus and Manchester United.

Their family is settled in Manchester and son Cristiano Jr has joined the United academy alongside Wayne Rooney's son Kai.
