Fans have been left speechless after Liam Payne hit the red carpet at his friend's latest movie premiere. The event, which took place at Cineworld in Leicester Square, played host to an array of celebrities who turned up to celebrate the 31-year-old's venture into the world of cinema. Fans took to Twitter to comment on the dramatic change. "Out of every celebrity to fall victim to the buccal fat removal surgery, I really did not expect Liam Payne to be one of them. This is what he deserves for being horrible," said one user. Another asked: "What happened to Liam Payne’s beautiful face???" A third even compared him to Handsome Squidward. Yikes.
