It's been 15 years since the US version of The Office first aired on our TV screens, and it's fair to say that the show is still just as beloved by fans. A lot of people are probably rewatching the series right now while self-isolating, and even the cast are getting nostalgic.
For instance, this week, actors Steve Carell and John Krasinski reunited to celebrate the 15-year anniversary of the hit sitcom, in an appearance on Krasinski's own YouTube show.
Watch the footage from Some Good News below:John Krasinski's new YouTube platform is entitled Some Good News and is designed to be a place where the actor-turned-director can talk about positive news stories that come his way, in a bid to cheer up the public.
In one segment, Krasinski discussed the 15th anniversary by having a video call with Carell, who served as his so-called "entertainment correspondent."
Take a look at this hilarious compilation of all of Jim Halpert's pranks on The Office:The pair discussed their fondest memories of their time working on the production, and the impact it had on their own lives. They even discussed how amazing it was that the program still has such a devoted fanbase.
At one point, Steve Carell stated: "I think most of the memories have to do with things that we shared as a cast, [like] when we were doing Fun Run and it was about 105 degrees outside."
He added: "Part of what was so much fun about it was that everybody in the cast was rooting for everybody else. People would step back when it was time for other people to shine. When you came in as Dwight that day… it was crazy watching Jim do Dwight, you’re a very good impressionist."
However, these two aren't the only former cast members to reunite over the show. Recently, Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey have launched their own podcast where they rewatch the show together.
