Jennette McCurdy has opened up about a disturbing email she was sent from her late mother, Debbie McCurdy, during her appearance on Red Table Talk.

The 30-year-old actress had an in-depth interview with the Facebook Watch show co-hosts, Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith, and Adrienne Banfield Norris about her rocky relationship with her mother.

While discussing her new memoir, I’m Glad My Mom Died, and her challenging family relationships, the iCarly star read aloud an email she received from her mother after she saw pictures of her and her ex-boyfriend online.

"I am so disappointed in you," Debbie began the email, which was also included in the book. "You used to be my perfect little angel, but now you are nothing more than a little… s***, a floozy, all used up."

Check out a preview from McCurdy's episode below:

"And to think you wasted it on that hideous ogre of a man. I saw the pictures on a website called TMZ. I saw you rubbing his disgusting hairy stomach... add that to a list of things you are: liar, conniving, evil," McCurdy's mother wrote.

"Thinking of you with his ding-dong inside of you makes me sick. Sick! I raised you better than this," Debby continued, before adding weight-shaming comments such as "You look pudgier too. It's clear you're eating your guilt".

The hosts of the talk show grimaced as McCurdy continued reading from the letter - which included a financial request on top of the vitriols.

"What happened to my good little girl? Where did she go and who is this monster that has replaced her? You're an ugly monster now. I told your brothers about you and they all said they disown you just like I do," it read.

"We want nothing to do with you. Love, Mom - or should I say Deb since I am no longer your mother? P.S. Send money for a new fridge; ours broke," she added. McCurdy joked: "The P.S. gets me,' to which Willow reacted with: "Wow!"

By the time Debbie died in 2013 following a battle with breast cancer, she and the Sam and Cat alum were distanced. A few years later, McCurdy performed her one-woman show - that had the same title as her book - in LA and New York.

While promoting her best-selling memoir which was published in August, McCurdy spoke openly about the eating disorders, anorexia, and bulimia, she struggled with from the age of 11.

"Grief for me toward my mom used to be really complicated," the former Nickelodeon star said on Good Morning America last month, explaining that the writing process of the book was a huge factor in her "healing" journey.

"I felt like she didn’t deserve my tears and my sadness since she was abusive, but it simplified in a really relieving way and now feels like I’m able to just miss her," she said.

McCurdy’s Red Table Talk episode premieres on Wednesday (September 7).
