Jessie J has revealed who the father of her newborn baby boy is, after sharing a touching tribute to him on social media.

The singer, 35, had revealed she was pregnant in January after previously having experienced a devastating miscarriage.

Jessie announced the birth of her baby boy on May 19, telling her followers at the time: "A week ago my whole life changed. My son entered this world and my heart grew twice the size. The feeling is indescribable. I am flying in love, he is magic.

"He is all my dreams come true, he is my whole world. He and I are both doing great, I am soaking up every second and still can’t believe he is real, here and mine. I am so grateful, phew."

The 'Domino' star has now opened up to fans about the identity of her baby's father after previously staying quiet about the matter.

She revealed that the baby's father was her boyfriend Chanan Safir Colman and that the pair had conceived naturally.

Jessie had previously revealed she was planning to have a baby by herself using IVF before meeting Chanan, however that pregnancy had tragically ended in a miscarriage.

She shared a selfie with Chanan, 39, in which his face was obcured with a hat, as she told her fans: "I struggle to keep things private. I think if you know me you know that. I want to protect people I love and keep it for just myself... and then so often I think f**k it because life is short but i don't want to regret it.

"I met this man, weeks after my miscarriage in 2021. Like a beam of light. He lit up my dark days. It was a whirl wind love and a miracle that we fell pregnant naturally with not one issue during."

Jessie and Chanan had first been spotted together in April last year, and she spoke highly of how supportive he had been to her since they met.

"Grateful doesn't cut it. He has given me many of the best gifts of my life," she wrote.

Jessie also revealed that Chanan had been in the labor room with her as she gave birth, adding: "He didn't let go of my hand this day and I wouldn't have been able to go through it without him.

"The calm to my crazy. The peace to my fear. The Daddy to my baby. thank you."

Jessie also recently shared that she had ended up having a C-section birth in order to get her baby into the world safely.

She explained: "I spent 9 months prepping for a natural birth. Strict food, the epi no, yoga, swimming, hypnobirthing methods. I had a tens machine, a birthing comb, I wanted a pool birth ideally with no medication. BUT this was MY plan to stay disciplined and focused. I knew full well it could and would most likely go in a completely different direction.

"When people asked me 'So what’s your birth plan' I said 'I am open to surrendering to the safest way for my baby boy to arrive'.

"I had a scan at a few days off of 40 weeks and he was completely the wrong way around and stuck as he was a little chunkier than your average and long. I did everything to try and turn him for 2 months but he said 'Nah mum I wanna make an entrance out the roof, not the front door'."

She added: "I was advised to have a planned C section for the safest birth. This video was taken 5 minutes before I went down to surgery. I went into active labour the night before and feeling all the feels but mostly just excitement for us to meet our baby boy.

"I guess I’m sharing this because so many people have said 'Do you feel like you missed out on the birth you wanted?'

"I had a birth and it was everything I wanted because I got him at the end of it, that’s all that matters."
