Kevin Costner's estranged wife has reportedly requested the actor pay up a whopping $248,000 a MONTH in child support, according to court documents.
As previously reported, Costner and his wife of 18 years separated in April this year, citing irreconcilable differences.
It was then revealed that Christine, 49, was apparently refusing to leave Costner's $145 million mansion, despite the terms of their divorce and prenuptial agreement.
TMZ detailed that, per the agreements, Christine had 30 days after filing for divorce to leave his house. Given that she filed on May 1, the deadline has passed, but it's unclear whether she's still at the property.
It has also been alleged that Christine decided not to move out of the home in an effort to force 68-year-old Costner to agree to her "various financial demands."

People detailed that the Dances With Wolves actor gave his ex-wife over $1 million more than what was required in their prenuptial agreement.
A source told the magazine: "He has gone above and beyond what the prenup specified."
The legal documents also hold that Costner has been willing to contribute a $10,000 advance toward Christine's moving costs, as well as offering up $30,000 a month for a rental home.
Though, it doesn't appear to have ended there... TMZ recently got hold of new legal documents filed by Christine, in which she asks a judge to force Costner to pay out $248,000 per month in child support for their three kids.
She claims that this eye-watering amount is the only way she and the children can "live at a standard somewhat approaching the standard that the children will be enjoying while in Kevin's care."
According to Christine, this amount isn't inclusive of the private school tuition, health care and sports-related expenses she is also demanding the actor pay.

In response to Christine's original divorce filing, Costner has requested joint custody of the couple's children - two sons and a daughter. The former couple's prenup also detailed the terms of spousal support, properties, and legal fees.
The "separate property" Costner's legal team listed include: "Miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects; earnings and accumulations of Respondent before marriage, during marriage, and from and after the date of separation; [and] there are additional separate property assets and obligations of each party as mandated by the parties' Premarital Agreement."
The agreement also added: "Pursuant to the terms in Paragraph 9.A. of the parties' Premarital Agreement, Petitioner to vacate Respondent's separate property residences."
Well... it certainly seems like things are kicking off for the former spouses!
