Pamela Anderson has responded to Tim Allen's denial that he flashed her in 1991 on the set of Home Improvement.

The actress and model, 55, has recently earned praise from fans following the release of her documentary Pamela, A Love Story, and her memoir Love, Pamela on January 31.

Both the documentary and her memoir offer readers and viewers a glimpse into her never-before-seen private life, after years of being slut shamed and ridiculed due to her busty appearance, as well as the leak of her sex tape with then-husband Tommy Lee. The mom-of-two also speaks specifically about her sexual assault and her dislike of the recent Hulu series Pam & Tommy.

In her memoir specifically, Anderson recalls the moment Allen, then 37, allegedly flashed her on the set of Home Improvement when she was just 23.

In an excerpt of her memoir, which was obtained by Variety, Anderson wrote: "On the first day of filming [Home Improvement], I walked out of my dressing room, and Tim was in the hallway in his robe. He opened his robe and flashed me quickly - completely naked underneath.

"He said it was only fair, because he had seen me naked. Now we're even. I laughed uncomfortably."

Following the release of the memoir Allen, now 69, then said in a statement to Variety: "No, it never happened. I would never do such a thing."

Anderson then responded to Allen's denial of the incident, telling Entertainment Tonight Canada: "How could you make that up?... You can't make that stuff up. He has to deny it because look at the times we're in. What if he said, 'Oh yeah, I did that.'"

The Barb Wire actress then added that "a lot of these stories" in her memoir are "just the tip of the iceberg".

Fans and viewers of Anderson's documentary have commended the former Playboy star on speaking out against how she had been wronged by the media since the 90s. After her sex tape was leaked without her consent - which subsequently went to court - it was argued that Anderson didn't have the right to privacy given that she'd already posed naked for Playboy.

"It made me feel like I was such a horrible woman," Anderon recalled in the Netflix doc. "I'm just a piece of meat. That this should mean nothing to me because I'm such a whore, basically."

Both Anderson and her son slammed the Hulu series Pam & Tommy - which focused on the sex tape and starred Lily James and Sebastian Stan. Anderson herself has refused to watch it, revealing in her documentary that it made her feel sick. "I blocked that out of my life. I had to, in order to survive, really. It was a survival mechanism," she said.

"And now that it's all coming up again, I feel sick, in my whole stomach, from the middle of my chest, all the way down, just, my stomach feels like it's been punched. I don't feel good right now," Anderson added.
