Larsa Pippen has revealed the reason why she removed a revealing bikini post from social media.
Taking to Instagram, the Real Housewives of Miami star decided to post a photo of her in a black string bikini leaning back on a deck chair before quickly deleting the image.
"Sunshine on my mind," she had captioned it.
Initially, people thought trolls in the comment section managed to get the star to buckle, however, in an interview with People on Wednesday, the reality TV star confirmed that it was, in fact, a text from her father that prompted the removal of the risque post.

"My dad sent me a text yesterday and said, 'You published a photo and I think you need to take it down,'" Pippen said. "And when my dad texts me stuff like that, I listen!"
While her post received some love from her fans, the trolls came out in full force to condemn Pippen for posting such a provocative pic - that's what spurred her father to drop her a text.
"I think my dad got wind of all the stuff that was being put out there," she told the outlet. "My family's really traditional and old-school — I'm the one that's always pushing the envelope with them, you know? So when he texted me that, I just deleted it.
"I just didn't want to upset him. It wasn't worth me not making him happy at that moment," she added.
And this isn't the first time Pippen's father has had an influence on her.
Back in 2022, the 49-year-old debuted an OnlyFans account which ended up being removed thanks to her father who allegedly "begged" the star to take it down.
"They're not always happy with me. They're very conservative. They like to live very low-profile — they don't like all the hoopla," Pippen stated. "I feel like, for me, that's all I've known. So I'm very comfortable in craziness and they're not.
"I don't know, sometimes I feel like I shouldn't do too much because I feel like they get affected by my actions," she continued. "But I also have to live my life, you know?"

It's not just her dad that's against some of her decisions either.
Her three children, daughter Sophia, 15, and sons Justin, 19, Preston, 22, and Scotty Jr., 23, all of whom she shares with her ex-husband Scottie Pippen, have been "embarrassed" by some of the stuff their mom has posted online.
"They can be a little embarrassed over things their mom does now and then, but we're a very supportive family," Pippen stated. "You know, Scotty Jr. is playing for the Lakers, Justin is getting all these scholarships for basketball, Sophia is modeling, so they're all pursuing things they love."
She continued: "I tell my kids, 'You're not going to have this chance in life. You have to take advantage of your opportunities in life, because you never know when they won't be there.'
"And they need some reminding of that sometimes, but they ultimately get that," she added.
