Reneé Rapp expertly handled a wardrobe malfunction during her debut on Saturday Night Live.
On Saturday (January 20), the 24-year-old singer and actress, who recently starred in the musical adaptation of Mean Girls, bagged the guest role on SNL while Saltburn's Jacob Elordi made his hosting debut.
Rapp flawlessly performed her track 'Snow Angel' from her first album, and then shared the stage with Megan Thee Stallion for a surprise rendition of the Mean Girls song, 'Not My Fault' - which was introduced by Rachel McAdams, who originally played Regina George in the 2004 film.
However, during her performance with the 28-year-old rapper, Rapp experienced a minor wardrobe mishap but of course, she handled the malfunction professionally.
Watch the moment below:The Sex Lives of College Girls actress turned her back to the audience during the 'WAP' hitmaker's verse so she could adjust her bikini top. She then spun back around to face the crowd and seamlessly hopped right back into the dance routine without missing a beat before turning around once again to fix her top.
The entire mishap took place in literally a matter of seconds, and the 'Tummy Hurts' vocalist did it all while dancing to prevent the audience or viewers from noticing her.
It was so subtle that not many people mentioned it on social media, except for one fan on X (formerly Twitter) who quipped: "Reneé putting a loooooooot of faith in that bikini top."
However, another viewer clearly enjoyed the singer's look as they wrote: "Whoever put reneé in that black bikini top/leather jacket combo deserves the world."
Rapp's SNL performance comes after original Mean Girls star Lindsay Lohan admitted to being "very hurt and disappointed" by a particular joke in the recently released musical.
The 37-year-old actress - who famously played Cady in the 2004 movie - was left unhappy due to a scene in the updated cult classic that features Angourie Rice and Megan Thee Stallion.
In the flick, one of Cady's (played by Angourie Rice) Christmas-themed talent show looks is apparently referenced with the controversial term "Y2K fire crotch is back" by Megan.
The remark is an infamous 2006 quote from music manager and oil heir Brandon Davis about the Parent Trap actress, in which he branded her as a "fire crotch" several times during a night out with Paris Hilton - who was publicly feuding with Lohan at the time.
As well as calling the actress the cruel term, he disgustingly asked: "Who would want to f*** her?" which earned laughter from Hilton.
As the pair garnered backlash for the video, Davis eventually apologized for his "inexcusable" comments, saying: "What started out as a joke got completely carried away, I am horrified at the words that came out of my mouth," per E! News.
The Freaky Friday actress's dad, Michael, also shared his thoughts about the crude comment in a recent interview with TMZ, stating that it was "disgusting".
The 63-year-old admitted that he's "p**sed" about the entire thing, and purportedly noted that he will not be watching the movie, sharing: "Nobody can replace Lindsay or the original cast in that film," and also added on Instagram: "Maybe they should think again about recasting [iconic] roles."
Mean Girls is available to watch in theaters now.
