People all across the world have been hit with Taylor Swift fever - but some appear to get so overexcited that they throw things at her.
Swift, 33, has taken the world by storm with her Eras Tour, which has seen people in the US flocking in their millions to see the iconic singer.
Worldwide Swifties have had to wait a little longer, but with the promise of seeing the 'Cruel Summer' singer next summer, tickets are incredibly difficult to get a hold of.
The 33-year-old's fans are incredibly dedicated to her, as demonstrated by the thousands of people flocking to the parking lot of the stadiums where she is playing - even though they don't have tickets.
Though it would seem that some are too overexcited to be within throwing distance of their idol, as Swift was left running for cover after having objects thrown in her direction.
The footage went viral on TikTok, and it shows the singer coming off the stage following the conclusion of her show, and as she got nearer her fans, they began throwing what many believe to be friendship bracelets.
Trading the bracelets has become a trend at the shows, and it's presumed that those throwing them at Swift wanted her to have something that they had made.
While that would mean that isn't thought to be malicious intent behind throwing the objects, that doesn't mean that the 33-year-old wasn't left ducking and covering.
Following the backlash, the TikToker who uploaded the clip explained in the comments: "To clarify: I didn’t throw any bracelets at her. I know people are stitching this and saying their piece."
This didn't stop people from offering their thoughts, as one person said: "Have you not seen all the artists getting hurt by fans throwing things at them? I’m sure she’s scared of this. Don’t throw things at her!"
A second person said: "Why are people becoming so obsessed with throwing things at the artist, why can’t people use their heads?"
A third added: "Nah they call themselves swifties while throwing things at her is extremely disrespectful."
Although it didn't look like Swift was hurt by the objects, fans were still clearly concerned for her safety.
