A video of Taylor Swift "breaking down" during a recent performance at her Eras Tour has resurfaced following the news of her break up with her long-term boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, after six years together.

It's been a difficult week for the Swifties.

Entertainment Tonight first reported the news of the 33-year-old singer's break up with the 32-year-old British actor on April 8, stating that a source close to the pair had revealed their separation happened "a few weeks ago."

"The relationship had just run its course. It's why [Alwyn] hasn't been spotted at any shows," the source continued before adding that "they simply grew apart and plan to remain friends."

Since then, fans have expressed their sadness about the news online.

Taking to Twitter, thousands of fans banded together to share their heartbreak.

Others have been looking for potential 'Easter eggs' subtly referring to the break up throughout Swift's latest Eras Tour and now that they've been pointed out, we can't believe we were so oblivious all this time.

One user pointed out that the "lover house" was set on fire during one of the stages.

Not only that, but Swift also took 'Invisible String', a song dedicated to Alwyn, and replaced it with 'the 1', a song about self-reflection and grieving after a relationship.

Come on! Could it be more obvious?

And fans now think the latest clue was in one of Swift's performances of 'Champagne Problems' which has now become a hot talking point online.

A video of the emotional performance has resurfaced on TikTok after it was initially posted last month and shows the 12-time Grammy award winner allegedly crying while singing the lines "...One for the money, two for the show, I never was ready so I watched you go / Sometimes you just don't know the answer until someone's on their knees and asks you. 'She would have made such a lovely bride, what a shame she's f***** in the head' they said..."

Hundreds of fans took to the comments to express their sadness about the moment.

"Say sike rn I'm gonna cry," wrote one user, while another added: "I feel like I've been broken up with."

Swift and Alwyn were first rumored to be dating back in 2016 and the news was seemingly confirmed after a source revealed to PEOPLE saying Swift "is very happy" in her relationship.

"He is her rock. Their relationship is mature and wonderful," the source added at the time.

As their relationship progressed, the pair started collaborating on music together and Alwyn even received a credit on the 33-year-old's Midnights album for the song 'Sweet Nothing.'

Prior to that, the Conversations with Friends actor was credited for his work on Swift's previous albums, Folklore and Evermore under the pseudonym William Bowery.

The former went on to win a Grammy in 2021.

More recently, Swift revealed that one of the song 'Lavendar Haze' was inspired by Alwyn and their relationship, explaining to fans on Instagram that the title refers to a feeling that "you’ll do anything to stay there and not let people bring you down off of that cloud."

"Like my relationship for six years, we’ve had to dodge weird rumors, tabloid stuff and we just ignore it. This song is sort of about the act of ignoring that stuff to protect the real stuff," she added.
