Scientists appear to have found how much sex could be putting your body in danger...
Sex is a natural part of life, but everyone approaches it differently and has a different idea of what works for them.
Some keep it very private and intimate, while others are a bit more open about their sexual experiences.
One thing that we can probably all agree on is that it takes a certain level of fitness... So too much might actually be harming us.

A recent study from Qingdao University in China suggests that excessive sexual activity can negatively impact health, contrary to the well-documented benefits of moderate frequency.
Published in the Journal of Scientific Reports in December, the study underscores the role of sexual activity in promoting heart health.
Researchers highlighted its positive effects, including improved circulation, reduced stress, and increased heart activity. They also emphasized its potential as an indicator of overall well-being.
The authors wrote: "Those with either excessively high or low frequencies should pay attention to the situation and seek medical attention if necessary."
The study warns that too much sexual activity - defined as more than once a day - may result in diminishing returns, with the potential for harm.
"It’s often overlooked that sexual activity itself constitutes a form of physical activity and aerobic exercise," the researchers noted.
"Despite the well-established benefits of moderate physical activity, evidence suggests there may be a point of diminishing returns. In fact, high levels of aerobic exercise may detract from the significant health benefits observed with moderate levels."

The analysis included data from over 17,000 U.S. adults and tracked their heart health over nearly nine years.
Men who engaged in sexual activity about twice a week - approximately 103 times a year - had the lowest risk of heart disease and premature death.
Even those who had sex once a week or about 52 times annually saw notable health benefits.
However, men who had sex fewer than 12 times a year faced higher risks of heart-related issues and early death.
So with all of this information, it's safe to say that people like Lily Phillips should be wary about their health.
Phillips recently slept with 101 men in a single day and has since set her sights on beating the world record by bedding 1000 people in a day.

Dr. Zac Turner, a preventive health specialist, explained to the New York Post: “Sex, at its core, is a physically demanding activity that engages various muscles, the cardiovascular system, and the release of endorphins.”
While moderate sexual activity can be beneficial, Turner stressed the dangers of such an extreme undertaking.
“Fatigue diminishes the pleasurable aspects, and the constant physical exertion transitions from beneficial to harmful,” he said, warning of risks including tearing, bruising, soreness, and long-term strain on the body.
