Angela White has revealed that there is one thing that everyone should be doing to improve their time in the bedroom.
It's 2026 and it's fair to say that the taboo around sex and NSFW content has more or less faded into non-existence.
We live in the age of OnlyFans, and sometimes an innocent scroll on social media can bring you across adult content that you weren't expecting to see.
It does mean, though, that speaking openly about the deed is more normalised than ever before, which is a positive for couples and the heads of media companies alike.
With shows like Virgin Island consistently on the air, the phrase "sex sells" has never been truer, and with lifestyles like swinging also less rare than ever before, there's a lot of sex that we may not be aware of.
Many may believe that online pornography is the best teacher when it comes to grasping the basics of sex, but this is far from the truth.
But while watching porn for sex tips may not be the smartest move, those who are performing in the videos may know a thing or two about having a good time between the sheets.
Popular adult star Angela White has recently revealed that there is one small thing you can do during sex that will improve the experience for all involved.
It's nothing to do with experimenting with sex toys or a Kama Sutra-esque position; it's actually some pretty straightforward advice that focuses on using your words.
She explained: "Sex gets better the more you communicate. People are just so scared to talk about sex, but don't you want to be having great sex?
"I know it can seem awkward, but the more you talk about it, the easier it gets, so just start just start talking about sex with everyone."
The Aussie adult star also previously spoke about one of the biggest misconceptions about the adult industry.
Many may believe that those involved in the production don't choose to be there and that anyone who can have sex would be able to perform on camera.
White said that this is not true, explaining that it takes special actors to perform on set, and having performed in nearly 1000 scenes, she may know a thing or two about it all.
She revealed: “I would say that people still don’t think performers make the choice to get into porn,
“That people in porn are only there because they have no other options or that the only reason you could ever do the work is because you’re so incredibly traumatized.
“And all of that is just not true,” she concluded.
