An adult content creator and her mother have opened up about their unusual professional relationship.
On the podcast The Reality Check Show, hosts Shuan Maroof and Demetri Dionysus interviewed Sarah Fox and her daughter Megan Fox about how they navigate working together, with Sarah filming her daughter's adult content.
While many find the arrangement unconventional, Sarah stepped in to help Megan during lockdown. She prefers handling the camera work herself rather than leaving her daughter vulnerable to strangers.
However, despite their close bond, Sarah revealed there are strict boundaries regarding what she is willing to record.
During the interview, the hosts questioned Sarah about whether she ever draws a line during their filming sessions. Although she supports Megan's career, Sarah made it clear that certain acts are completely off limits.
Specifically, she pointed to one particular intimate act that she absolutely refuses to film.
When asked by host Shuan Maroof if there was anything she would consider too far, Sarah was candid. "I don’t want to film her getting railed. I definitely don’t want to film her getting that. And I definitely don’t want to film her when she’s squirting," Sarah said.
This prompted a deeper discussion about an awkward misunderstanding.
Megan clarified that her mother has never assisted her with the act itself, sharing a story about her personal discovery.
She said: "So basically, me and my mum are this close. So no one’s ever made me squirt before. A girl like me’s got to obviously sort herself out when a boy’s not around.
"So I made myself squirt for the first time, and I ran into my mum’s room, and was like, ‘You’ll never guess what I just did.’"
Hearing the anecdote, Maroof admitted to his initial confusion, responding, "Oh, I thought you meant your mum helped you do it."
The hosts also pressed Sarah on whether she feels any awkwardness while capturing explicit angles. Sarah explained that she is able to separate her maternal instincts from her role during sessions.
"I just switch off from it really," Sarah explained. "I just try and [see] her like this ain't my daughter, this is somebody else. I'm just a good photographer."
Megan echoed this sentiment, explaining that her mother’s presence actually makes her feel protected. "The thing is, I'm just so comfortable with her. Like it's my mum. Like she gave birth at the end of the day. So it just doesn't bother me," Megan said.

An episode of The Reality Check Show podcast, hosted by Shuan Maroof and adult performer Demetri Dionysus, dove into the intense world of extreme fetishes.
The hosts invited a dominatrix known as Little Goth Bat to discuss her experiences with scat play. The conversation quickly shifted into a debate regarding the psychological and physical boundaries of these adult practices.
During the episode, the adult worker candidly described the nature of the fetish and what it actually entails during her sessions. The details provided a rare, unfiltered look into the immediate and often alarming impact that scat play can have on the receiver's body
Little Goth Bat explained: "Scat is where you poop on someone, either on them or their mouth or whatever preferred area they like. And sometimes they eat it, they chew it all up and swallow it."
The revelation immediately sparked a strong reaction from the podcast hosts, who questioned the psychological well-being of anyone participating in such acts. Maroof responded: "I'm sorry, that is a mental health problem."
While Dionysus backed his cohost by saying, "I agree with you, mate", Little Goth Bat remained firm in her stance.
When Maroof asked her in disbelief, "You don’t think that eating poo is a mental health problem?", she stood her ground.
"I don’t think it’s a mental health problem; it's whatever you like, right?" Little Goth Bat replied.
Maroof countered by arguing that personal preference has its limits. "You can't say whatever you like because then we could say pedophilia is fine, then, because that's just what you like."
However, the dominatrix emphasized that adult consent changes the dynamic entirely. Little Goth Bat said: "Yeah but that's an underage person. It's a bit different about an adult who's consenting to allow you to either do that or takes enjoyment from that. These guys and girls, if they want to do that, then that's absolutely fine. They're not harming anyone, right?"
Beyond the debate on consent, the conversation turned to the actual safety protocols and the physical toll the practice takes on a person's body. Dionysus asked: "Are there safe words and things like that?"
Little Goth Bat confirmed that safety measures are vital, noting that she relies heavily on nonverbal cues because clients often push past their limits.
She said: "Of course, there are safe words, and also like me in the session, I will always watch their body language."
The dominatrix then detailed the horrifying physical reactions she witnesses when a client's body begins to reject or react poorly to the experience.
"I'll watch their lips, if their eyes are going funny if they're sweating like the sweat gets cold. You can see if someone's starting to be unwell. They'll get a cold sweat. Then you need to stop. There are certain things that you will be able to notice that the person is not okay even without them saying because some of them will push themselves through," she explained.

The son of an OnlyFans creator has admitted that he films his mom's content for her - leading to his father hitting out at his former partner.
OnlyFans can be a very lucrative way for people to make money in this modern world, as many people have taken to the platform to produce (mainly NSFW) content for paying subscribers.
The more subscribers, the more money the content creator makes... and it would appear that some people have turned the business opportunity into a family affair.
Andressa Urach is very successful when it comes to OnlyFans and Instagram, as she boasts over 3.3 million followers on the latter.
Andressa, from Brazil, is a former Miss BumBum model who was a dancer before she turned her attention to making online content.
As any content creator will tell you, filming things can sometimes prove tricky when you're by yourself, and although some will hire a freelance camera operator, Andressa decided to enlist the help of her son.
In an Instagram Live, some people questioned Andressa's son, Arthur, about whether he was the person behind the camera of his mother's photos.
As cited by the Daily Star, Arthur replied: "Yep, I'm really bada*s with pictures, right?"
Some people weren't fussed about his involvement in the OnlyFans content, but it appears that some felt very strongly against what Arthur is doing.
"You are not ashamed of your mother selling herself, do you film her like this?" One person asked, to which the teenager replied: "I'm not ashamed, I'm very serene with her decision."
Arthur allegedly accompanied his mother and a photographer to a hotel for a photoshoot.
According to sources cited by Metropoles, Andressa revealed: "We rented a nice room to record my privacy. Today I will have two cameramen."
Arthur, seemingly aware of the buzz surrounding their collaboration, said: "This is going to be something to talk about, huh, Mom?" His mother agreed, suggesting that the content "will cause" a stir.
The controversy doesn't end there.
Sightings of Andressa and Arthur partying together in a nightclub further fueled public scrutiny. Amidst the uproar, Andressa's ex-husband, Thiago Lopes, expressed outrage, condemning her actions and raising concerns about their son's welfare.
Thiago's disapproval extends to the custody battle over their other son, Leon, which has now culminated in him gaining full custody of the child.
Andressa previously left the adult platform after joining the controversial Universal Church of the Kingdom of God in 2015, but returned two months later.
She'd previously filed a lawsuit against the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God and claimed that it had "brainwashed" her.
Andressa remains active on OnlyFans and charges $50 a month for users to access her content.
