Now in its fourth week, the music mogul’s high-profile trial is serving up bombshell after bombshell, with allegations ranging from sex trafficking and racketeering to some of the most disturbing party prep in celebrity history.

The 55-year-old Bad Boy Records founder has pleaded not guilty on all charges, but if convicted, he could face life behind bars.

Central to the case are allegations from Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who dated the rapper from 2007 to 2018.

Ventura shared horrifying testimony about the infamous “Freak-Off” parties—a term now synonymous with the darkest corners of the music mogul’s private life.

“These parties, which could go on as long as four days, would see both her and Diddy hire male escorts to sleep with her, using copious amounts of baby oil and drugs,” the court heard.

Her testimony was backed by graphic photos shown to jurors, including images of “bruises, a swollen lip, and a bloody eyebrow.” Ventura told the court:

“That’s me. Just a selfie of my fat lip wearing sunglasses … Because I had a black eye underneath.”

With the trial not being televised, spectators are showing up in person to catch the courtroom action, and some are losing their cool.

One woman disrupted the session by yelling at Combs: “These motherf*****s are laughing at you.”

She continued: “You're laughing at a black man's legacy” and “pull your gun out ninja, I dare you.”

Judge Arun Subramanian had her removed from the courtroom as Diddy remained unmoved, per Variety.

Former assistant George Kaplan, who joined Diddy’s team in 2013, revealed in court that he was responsible for preparing hotel rooms in advance of the rapper’s arrival in cities like Miami, New York, Atlanta, DC, and Orlando.

Kaplan was granted immunity to testify and said his role included procuring specific items such as “candles, liquor, baby oil, lubricant, clothes, and a speaker.”

The instructions reportedly came from either Combs himself or his then-chief of staff, Kristina Korram. Charges were made using a corporate credit card.

During a March 2024 raid of Diddy’s Miami Beach mansion, Homeland Security agent Gerard Gannon testified that authorities found “25 bottles of baby oil and 31 bottles of lubricant.”

As well as a “Gucci bag containing pills, a white powder, and a crystal-like substance that tested positive for cocaine and ketamine.” Eye drops in the same bag tested positive for “MDMA and ketamine,” according to Sky News.

Firearms were also seized from the property, including “AR-15 rifle parts with scratched-off serial numbers and selectors capable of full-auto mode.”

Gannon explained: “It’s a lot more difficult or impossible to trace firearms without serial numbers.”

The trial continues.
