While many people are celebrating King Charles III's Coronation around the world, another very famous family has been on the lips of viewers: the Skywalkers.

Yes, despite today marking the first UK royal coronation in 70 years, as Charles III and Camilla are officially crowned King and Queen, Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte of Wales have somehow got people talking about Star Wars.

Arriving at Westminster Abbey on Saturday morning, five-year-old Prince Louis and eight-year-old Princess Charlotte looked as adorable as they did very smart. The young prince looked dapper in a smart dark outfit, while the young princess wore a white gown designed by Alexander McQueen.

However, for some viewers, their outfits immediately brought to mind one of the biggest movie franchises in the world; Star Wars - with people joking that the brother and sister looked like twins Luke and Leia.

And it can't be denied, the resemblance is strong with the Force.

"Nice of them to let Prince Louis come in his Return of the Jedi fancy dress," one Twitter user wrote, sharing a side-by-side of the Prince next to the Jedi Master.

A second added: "Prince Louis going full Luke Skywalker."

And a third added: "Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis clearly celebrating Star Wars day a couple of days late.
Dressed up for the coronation like Luke and Leia in Return of the Jedi #KingCharlesCoronation".

One particular image of the two also sparked comparisons to a movie poster:

"Is it just me or does this look like a stunning Star Wars movie poster? I’ll need to do a background edit later to add some effects," one Twitter user wrote, before finally getting around to creating the poster.

If May 4 was "May the Fourth Be With You", I guess you can call today "Revenge of the Sixth"?

Older brother Prince George also delighted viewers during today's events, acting as a Page of Honor for his grandfather.

The title and ceremonial position of "Page of Honor" is one of the Royal Household of the Sovereign, and is a role often given to children who are linked to the Royal Family - through either blood or friendship.

Prince George - who is second-in-line to the throne - was seen carrying King Charles III's robes as they arrived at Westminster Abbey this morning.
