Bodycam footage from a 2024 arrest in Arkansas has resurfaced after going viral again on TikTok, showing the chaotic aftermath of a husband coming home from work and finding his wife in bed with her own adult son.
Crystal Lynn Fallis, 45, and her son Austin Dennis Lee Casey, 27, were both charged with incest, a Class C felony in Arkansas, following the incident at a home on East College Street in Bono, Craighead County, on July 4, 2024.
The footage, first released on YouTube in August 2025 and since viewed millions of times across social media, shows police arriving at the property and speaking with the husband and other family members.
According to the arrest affidavit, Fallis, Casey, and Casey's brother had all been drinking at the house that afternoon. The brother fell asleep.
When he woke up, he found Casey having sex with their mother.
He ran to a neighbour's house to call 911.
While he was gone, Fallis' husband arrived home from work. He went to take a shower. When he came out, he walked in on the same thing.
Casey fled the house before police arrived. Officers arrested Fallis at the scene. Casey was located and arrested a short time later.
Both were booked into the Craighead County Detention Center on $35,000 cash/surety bonds with a no-contact order.
Craighead County Judicial Judge Tommy Fowler found probable cause to charge both with incest the following day.
Police confirmed at the time that no rape had occurred, meaning the act was considered consensual between both parties.
The footage does not show the sexual act itself.
It shows officers arriving at the property and speaking with the husband, who is visibly distraught.
It captures the immediate confusion and distress of the family members who had walked in on what happened.
Casey's brother, the one who woke up and saw it first, can be heard speaking with officers. The husband, who walked in separately, gives his own account.
Since its initial release in 2025, the footage has been re-edited and reshared on TikTok at least four separate times, each time generating millions of views.
The most recent wave began in May 2026 after an account called EboniqueLuxe posted a multi-part breakdown that went viral.
Court records show the next hearing was scheduled for August 23, 2024.
The outcome of the case has not been widely reported since the initial arrest coverage.
Incest is a Class C felony in Arkansas, carrying a potential sentence of three to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
Because people cannot wrap their heads around it.
The details are so extreme and so specific that every time a new audience finds the footage, the same cycle repeats: disbelief, horror, morbid curiosity, and a wave of TikTok reaction content that pushes it further.
It is not an isolated case. A separate case involving a mother and her adult son drew similar attention after details of their relationship emerged.
In another, a son told authorities he had 'fallen in love' with his mother after they reconnected as adults following years of estrangement.
And in a case that disturbed even seasoned investigators, a woman had a baby with her own biological father and spoke publicly about the moment things changed between them.
The Fallis and Casey footage sits alongside all of them as one of the cases people keep returning to, partly because the bodycam captures the raw, unfiltered reaction of a husband and a brother processing what they just saw in real time.
