Clavicular, the controversial "looksmaxxer" influencer, has been accused of raping and drugging a young woman after allegedly providing alcohol to a minor.
According to a report released by Bulwark on Monday, September 21, Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, has been charged with rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor, all related to an incident that allegedly happened in May 2025.
Although the alleged victim has not been publicly named, the incident mimics a case reported by influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza in a civil lawsuit earlier this year.
A representative for Clavicular told TMZ that he is fighting the allegations and the influencer has evidence to disprove the claims.
The rep said: "She filed a lawsuit and doesn’t include sexual assault as a count. She then amends it and adds it a couple of months later."
Aleksandra alleges that Clavicular wanted her to be the female face for "looksmaxxing”, a term coined by the streamer that focused on self-improvement and maximizing appearances.
He also reportedly paid her $1,000 to film videos for him in May 2025 when she was 16.
In the civil lawsuit, Aleksandra claims that she met Clavicular at a house in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where she was supplied with copious amounts of alcohol and became very drunk.
Alarmingly, she also alleges that Clavicular had sex with her while she was too intoxicated to be able to give consent, and claims she woke up to him having sex with her again without consent.
As the legal age of consent in Massachusetts is 16, Clavicular is not facing any child sex charges.
At the time the lawsuit was filed, Clavicular's attorney Steve Kramer told TMZ: "We are aware of the complaint recently filed against Mr. Peters [Clavicular]. These are allegations only and remain unproven.
"Mr. Peters denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events. He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself. We will not comment further at this time."
Sources close to the influencer believe the entire situation is an attempt to ruin his reputation, and his team "will be fighting this till the end."
The allegations come just five months after Clavicular was rushed to the hospital following a suspected overdose during a live stream.
During the broadcast, the streamer appeared visibly unwell and repeatedly expressed his discomfort.
"I’m trying my best to lock in but I’m a little destroyed right now… Holy s*** dude, I’m trying my best but I’m f***ing destroyed right now… Holy f***," he said.
