Forensic expert spots moment that left Bill Clinton 'more uncomfortable than ever' during Epstein deposition
A forensic expert has pointed out a moment that left Bill Clinton "more uncomfortable than ever" during his Jeffrey Epstein deposition.
As part of a congressional investigation into Epstein's network, the former president and his wife, Hillary, testified for hours about their interactions with the convicted sex offender.
The 79-year-old maintained that he "did nothing wrong" and "saw nothing" that raised concern when asked about his ties to the disgraced financier and his appearances in photos in the files.
Meanwhile, the 78-year-old Secretary of State claimed that she did not know Epstein well, had never visited his home or offices, never flown on his private jet, and did not recall ever meeting him.
Forensic Expert Looks At Clinton's Discomfort
Dr. G, who runs the "Dr. G Explains" YouTube channel, analyzed Clinton's deposition and identified several key moments that suggested the former president was visibly "uncomfortable" during questioning.
One such moment came when Clinton was asked to "briefly describe the nature and extent of your relationship with Mr. Epstein," to which he responded: “Well, sometime after I left the White House, either in late 2001 or earlyish of 2002."
Dr. G noted that Clinton appeared "more uncomfortable than ever" while answering this question, stating: "He's someone that seems almost impervious to stress when he's out in public, when he's giving speeches, when he speaks in front of Congress, or used to. So, to see him like this, it's very interesting."
The expert also pointed out Clinton's defensive body language when speaking, specifically when he crossed his arms. Dr. G interpreted this as a “defensive posture".
In addition to this, he said that it was "atypical" when Clinton lowered his chin and started fidgeting with his fingers during questioning about his relationship with Epstein. "We're continuing to get a lot of defensiveness from Bill Clinton," he added.
Clinton's Response to Hot Tub Photo
The deposition also included questions about an infamous photo of Clinton lounging in a hot tub with an unidentified individual.
The 42nd president denied any knowledge of the image and stated he didn’t think he had ever known it was taken.
He explained that the picture was likely from a trip to Brunei at the end of an exhaustive Asian tour, and he had used the pool at a hotel where the Sultan of Brunei had invited him to stay. He firmly denied any sexual activity taking place that night.
Further questioning delved into Clinton’s relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell, the British socialite currently serving a 20-year sentence for sex trafficking minors for Epstein.
Clinton admitted to being "friendly" with the 64-year-old but expressed sadness over her involvement in Epstein's crimes. “It was really hard for me when it came out,” he added.
Clinton Denies Knowledge of Epstein’s Criminal Activities
Throughout the deposition, Clinton repeatedly denied any knowledge of Epstein’s criminal activities.
He clarified in his opening statement that his relationship with the sex trafficker was "brief" and based solely on charity work.
He claimed that their connection had ended long before Epstein’s crimes were exposed. Clinton also expressed his hope that his involvement in the investigation would help prevent such abuses in the future.
