Former Miss Teen USA breaks anonymity to claim she is 'child victim' of Donald Trump
A former Miss Teen USA has broken anonymity to claim that she is a "child victim" of President Donald Trump.
Dr. Larissa Portnoff, a clinical psychologist, shared a video over the weekend in which she made a series of serious allegations against the 80-year-old.
The woman, who once competed in Miss Teen USA, one of three beauty pageants Trump owned from 1997 to 2015, claimed she had previously been identified anonymously in records relating to her allegations but had now decided to speak publicly.
"I wanted to share why I can’t be in New York to vote this year. I have tried to move forward in my life, and I was one of the child victims of Donald Trump when I was around eight years old, and it became worse when I was around ten years old," she claimed.
"It went on until I was about twelve, and then it finally stopped, and then I was targeted again when I was sixteen-seventeen years old."
Portnoff, who works at New York Psychology Practice, alleged that Trump repeatedly targeted her throughout her childhood and claimed the alleged exploitation continued into adulthood.
"It was very clear that he knew what he was doing. Since turning 18, I have had a number of interactions that are inappropriate, abusive, and constitute sexual exploitation from him and his inner circle," she said.
"Over the past year, I have been contacted by Donald Trump through what I believe is a political fixer, in the form of witness intimidation," she said.
She said the president invited her to a Yankees game on September 11 in an alleged effort to "exploit" her again. She described the invitation as "harmful and disgusting," particularly because it coincided with the anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
She further accused him of inviting her to a "private room" and said he warned her to stay away from the media.
Portnoff claims her identity was discovered through sealed records
In another part of the clip, Portnoff accused Trump of accessing her sealed records as a "Jane Doe" and called it a "criminal" practice.
"You’ve tried to destroy evidence in the case following my reports, and you have no accountability here. You are an utter coward for doing something like this by approaching me and my friends. This must stop. It is done. I am in my 30s now, and the fact that you’ve done this to me for three decades is inhuman," she said.
She said his alleged actions were "organized crime" and demanded an investigation.
"It has to do with very powerful and dangerous individuals, and it intersects with national security issues. We need to get the corruption to stop, we need to use our voices, we need to get Donald Trump out of office. And if you think you’re going to intimidate me, Donald Trump, it’s not going to work," she added.
The psychologist also claimed that she had previously raised concerns with a Senate office and that her reports had been referred to the Attorney General.
She shared that Trump had allegedly been trying to intimidate her with death threats, but she was no longer afraid of him and would continue to pursue the matter publicly.
"This disgusting behavior has escalated over the last couple of years during his second term, starting just before his second term in office," she claimed in the video.
Portnoff concluded by urging anyone with relevant information to contact her office.
She assured people all information would be HIPAA-protected and confidential, and added that it was time to end the "extreme corruption" and that she would no longer "tolerate" intimidation from Trump and his inner circle.
As of the time of writing, the president had not publicly addressed Portnoff's allegations.
