Ice Poseidon, a popular streamer on Kick, is reportedly facing up to five years of imprisonment in Thailand following his arrest for performing a lap dance for his girlfriend.

The party at a Thai hotel restaurant took a drastic turn for the worse when the manager objected to the behavior of Ice Poseidon and his Kick streamer comrades.

The incident took place on June 28, with Ice Poseidon seen donning lingerie and offering his girlfriend Kimberlee a provocative lap dance. However, the occasion turned sour when the restaurant manager intervened, leading to the arrest of the streamers. The revelry, as it turns out, could result in significant jail time for the group.

Since his arrest, Ice Poseidon has kept his followers updated via messaging platform Discord, disclosing that he spent $12,000 on bail and could be kept in Thailand until his 2024 court date. He described his prior experience in the Thai jail as dismal, recounting the crude conditions, including a bathroom bucket already containing excrement.

"If I get five years I'm just going to kill myself. I will not be able to survive Thai jail," the distressed streamer said.

He later revealed he was charged with "distribution of obscene content," as he had filmed the lap dance. He also suggested that Kimberlee's dress might have added fuel to the fire due to its revealing nature.

The Kick star drew parallels between his charges and the ones issued against OnlyFans creators in 2021 for violating Thailand’s Computer Crime Act. As Ice Poseidon awaits his court date and attempts to extend his Visa, he confessed the tension is taking its toll and may result in the team abstaining from streaming on Kick for the foreseeable future.

"I’m in mental torment," he confessed. "I cannot be myself."

This certainly isn't the first time a high-profile streamer has been in trouble. Last year, A Twitch streamer had her account suspended after she allegedly went live while "pleasuring" herself to an audience of over 5,000 viewers.

A separate viral incident saw popular Twitch user @Kimmikka temporarily banned for allegedly having sex on camera.

A clip of the incident circulated across social media, and it showed the woman's face as she tried to stay serious while responding to comments from followers and apparently simultaneously engaging in x-rated activity.

While the viral footage did not show any nudity, the reflection from the window revealed just enough, and showed her boyfriend's face as he seemingly stood behind her.

Kimmikka's unusual facial expressions during the livestream also sparked speculations which eventually led to a ban. However, she called the incident a "drunken accident" according to Twitter and was welcomed back to the site a week later.
