The super-thin so-called "Pie House" in Illinois is up for sale once again - and the price has increased from last year.
According to the property's listing on Zillow, the pizza-slice-shaped house is situated on 970 Chestnut Steet in the town of Deerfield in Illinois.
Number 970 is currently on the market for $300,000 - up $40,000 from the $260,000 it sold for in 2020.
Take a look at this TikTok video of the property:The house went viral in August of last year after a college student TikToker user by the name of Eli uploaded a video of the skinny-looking building to the platform.
Its bizarre dimensions left other social media users baffled, despite the fact that images of the house's interior show it to be relatively spacious.
Check out the inside of the bizarre house in the video below:Indeed, the original footage of the Pie House has now accrued over 1.4 million views, 358,000 reactions, and a further 5,000 comments as of the time of writing.
On Zillow, the online realtor's listing for the property states: "Live in Deerfield's famous 'Pie House' which has been featured on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Chicago Tribune and media from around the world.
"This iconic two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home on a corner lot is much larger than it appears, with its incredibly smart design so that only the powder room and closets are in the narrow end of the home."
It continues: "Makes a fantastic condo or townhome alternative (yet you don't have to share any walls with a neighbor) and has over 1600 square feet of living space including a fully finished basement with great ceiling height.
"With tons of natural light, this home oozes charm and character."
The Zillow listing also notes that the property's bedrooms "easily [fit] a king-sized bed", and that the house has two large storage areas, a large patio area, and a spacious front and side yard.
It also boasts air conditioning, a furnace, dishwasher, washer/dryer, sump pump, and battery back up, as well as parking space for four cars on its parking pad.
Commenting on the quirky building in an interview with TODAY back in August, Coldwell Banker Realtor Alan Berlow stated:
"The space and how it's distributed through the home is certainly non-traditional but it works. [It] was built specifically for the size of the lot and it's far more functional than it looks."

A property in Chicago has left social media users completely stunned as it seems way too "skinny" for somebody to live in.
A unconventional home, located in Deerfield, has gone viral for its shockingly slim dimensions and triangular shape.
Known as the 'Pie House' to the local neighborhood, the two-bedroom and three-bathroom home measures just three feet on one of its sides, according to Daily Mail.
The 'wedge-shaped' property, or a slice of pie as stated in the nickname, expands to about 20 feet in width on the other side and offers 1,600 sqft of living space. It also includes a fully finished basement.
More on the house below:The unusual-looking house's striking features caught on-looker attention as it was sold for a staggering $260,000 in 2020, bringing it down slightly from its $269,900 list price, per New York Post.
The Pie House remained a local wonder to Deerfield residents until TikTok users took to the app to share close-up videos of the slender structure at 970 Chestnut Drive.
One user - who goes by the handle @KarenCone - shared footage of the house, with the overlay text reading: "Umm, no...This has got to be the skinniest house I've ever seen."
Viewers of the video were left completely baffled at what they were seeing and quickly flocked to the comments to pose the questions on everyone's mind.
Watch the TikTok on the house below:One baffled user wrote: "That’s gotta be a set design for a [TV] show or movie, no?!?" while another equally shocked person chimed in: "What?!! never in my life have I seen a house like that. Why?"
A third person exclaimed: "WHAT THE" and a fourth questioned: "People live in it?!"
Someone shared that the house is "shaped like a triangle" and corrected that it's "not that skinny the whole way through".
According to the Chicago Tribune, back in 2020, the house was available for short-term rentals via Airbnb, with owners Tami Blustein and Chad Follmar opening their part-time home for fans and travelers to book a night or two.
The property was available for $120 per night (plus taxes and fees) and to pay homage to its theme, the pie house's hosts offered their first guest $250 toward all the Chicago pizza they can eat.
Speaking about the famous house, Blustein shared: "The pie house truly is a slice of history in Deerfield. Since it went viral in August, shortly after we purchased it, people stop by to ask questions and to take photos of the exterior. I hope people will be excited to experience it for themselves."

The home has recently gained attention online thanks to a video uploaded by TikToker eli.korn_.
Posting the video to the social media platform two days ago with the caption "SKINNY HOUSE SKINNY HOUSE SKINNY HOUSE", the clip has already amassed over 1 million views from intrigued TikTok users.
In the comments section - along with jokes such as "you gotta sleep standing up" - people were desperate to see what the inside looked like.
And it may surprise you to learn that the "pie house" is actually a two-bedroom, three-bath home that looks remarkably spacious on the inside.
In fact, the house got the nickname of the "pie house" due to the fact that it is actually wedge-shaped like a slice of pie - meaning it is wider at one end than the other.
The designer of the home told the Chicago Tribune that he was just trying to build a house in the suburbs where land is scarce. He also revealed that upon completion, neighbors complained about the home's unique looks, as it was a "distraction".
I guess you really cannot judge a book by its cover...

A man took impulse buying to a whole new level as he ended up purchasing a $26,000 flat-pack house from Amazon, showing that housing can be affordable...ish.
Getting yourself on the property ladder can often seem like an impossible task, especially for those born into a generation where income doesn't match housing prices.
Instead of saving to buy a house, the money goes straight into things like rent, bills, and food... and before anyone asks, having a Netflix subscription doesn't impact whether you can afford to buy a house or not.
But there might be a way for people to get a property for the price of a deposit... and it comes straight from Amazon.
Getting onto the property ladder can be extremely tough. Credit: fstop123/GettyLifestyle content creator Jeffrey Bryant, 23, recently made waves on TikTok when he proudly announced: "B*tch, I just bought a house on Amazon."
With over 8.6 million viewers in disbelief, Bryant shared his excitement about the 16.5-by-20-foot prefab shelter he snagged for just over $26,000, funded by an inheritance from his late grandfather's estate.
Complete with a dedicated kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and bathroom featuring pre-installed amenities, these tiny homes have become a viral sensation on social media.
Nathan Graham, the 27-year-old influencer behind the kid-friendly gaming brand 'Unspeakable', kickstarted the trend with his $30,000 DIY dwelling, showcasing its simplicity in a TikTok clip that gained over 20.4 million views.
However, for some, this unconventional housing choice serves a greater purpose. Bryant, for instance, plans to transform his tiny house into an Airbnb for displaced people or those facing homelessness. "I saw this YouTuber unboxing his Amazon home, and I ran to the website to get one, too," he shared, per the New York Post.
"As a person of color and a Gen Z, I want to inspire others to make wise decisions with their money," Bryant declared. "People my age are told that we can't afford to purchase homes, but I'm proof that it is possible."
The tiny house movement has witnessed a surge in popularity since the onset of the pandemic. While some minimalists downsized to 500-square-foot tool sheds, others embraced the freedom of life on the road by converting large vehicles into dream homes.
Now, the trend of purchasing Amazon residences is gaining momentum, coinciding with a January 2024 survey revealing that a staggering 90% of millennial homeowners regret their initial home purchases, per the New York Post.
Real Estate Witch commissioned the poll, uncovering remorse ranging from high interest rates to choosing homes in less-than-ideal neighborhoods. For forward-thinking homeowners like Bryant, however, the emphasis is on location. He is working with an agent to find suitable land in California's Orange County, aiming to secure it for less than $40,000.
The main issue, as Bryant so clearly put it: "I don't know where I'm going to put it."
