‘Prophet of Doom’ issued chilling warning of a ‘second pandemic’ just weeks before Russia’s suspected deadly plague outbreak
A self-proclaimed “Prophet of Doom” who claims to have predicted Covid had issued a chilling warning about a “second pandemic” just weeks before a suspected plague case in Russia prompted parts of the country to be placed under quarantine restrictions.
The psychic, Craig Hamilton-Parker, has frequently provided seemingly accurate predictions about major world events.
'Prophet of Doom' chilling prediction about 'second pandemic' before potential outbreak
He told VT that he had received a warning about another pandemic that would be very different from Covid just weeks before a woman died from reported contact with a lab-based pathogen after an apparent breakage incident.
The reports emerged from Siberia that Darya Shipilova, a lab worker, working at an anti-plague research institute had died after developing severe pneumonia, with almost 200 people subsequently placed under medical observation.
Russian authorities have not confirmed that the woman died from plague, instead describing her condition as pneumonia of “unknown etiology”. However, reports have linked her death to suspected pneumonic plague, while officials in the region have taken precautionary measures.
Reports have since claimed she accidentally broke a test tube containing the pathogen, although the circumstances have not been independently confirmed.
Following her death, almost 200 people who may have come into contact with her were reportedly placed under medical observation, while quarantine measures were introduced at medical facilities in the region.
What did the psychic say?
According to the psychic, he was told about predictions from Tibetan oracles concerning what he described as a “second pandemic,” claiming the illness would not be another outbreak of Covid, but instead would involve a bacterial infection affecting people's chests.
“I was told that there was going to be a second pandemic,” Hamilton-Parker said.
The reports have prompted comparisons with the historic “Black Death”, although modern plague is treatable with antibiotics when detected promptly, and Russian health authorities have stressed that the situation is stable and have not confirmed that the woman's death was caused by plague.
His earlier comments are now particularly striking because of his description of the alleged future illness as bacterial and affecting the chest.
However, he did not specifically predict plague, nor did he name Russia as the location where his alleged “second pandemic” would begin.
Instead, his warning centred on the idea that the next major pandemic would be something different from Covid.
“But they're talking about, excuse me, another possible, not Covid this time, but a kind of one that's going to affect people's chests and be more of a bacterial thing,” the psychic claimed.
The “Prophet of Doom” has previously insisted that his predictions arrive as feelings rather than something he consciously works out.
“When I get these predictions, they come out of the blue,” he explained.
Whether the current situation in Russia bears any resemblance to the warning he described remains unclear, particularly because a plague infection has not been officially confirmed, but with reports of a suspected pneumonic plague case, quarantine measures and hundreds of people being monitored, his earlier warning has once again proven to be particularly chilling.
