The Kardashians have infiltrated pop culture to such a degree that it's hard to get away from it. You may, like me, have never seen an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, but still somehow know all their names. I'm sure there's plenty of people out there who know every partner they've had and every controversy they've side-stepped without knowing exactly why they are famous in the first place.
Regardless of how you feel about the extended family themselves, it's often hard not to get caught up in the stories that surround them. Figuring out all their dating gossip, engagement rumours, and shady back-stabbing comments is a pastime of many people out there. When a major controversy hits, this just sparks even more conversation.

In 2017, we had the cluster-fudge that was
Kendall Jenner's ill-advised
Pepsi commercial, wherein the company's marketing team took a major hit to its reputation after appropriating images from real-life protests against police brutality and other injustices, with the message that a sip of Pepsi could turn all that around. It's hard to see what they were thinking there, but it wasn't the last time the Kardashian-Jenner family would be making the news that year.
Rumours started spreading that
Kylie Jenner was pregnant a few months back, and all manner of
theories and general over-thinking was done by her fans. Then things were taken to a new level when it was reported that
Khloe Kardashian may also be expecting a child.

It has been a talking point for months as the entire family has refused to talk about the subject. Even their silence wasn't easy to interpret, as it could be a refusal to dispute the truth, or it could be a marketing ploy to keep them all in the headlines a little longer. Either way, it has all gotten a bit confusing.
That's where
Ryan Reynolds comes in. Aside from starring in hit movies such as Deadpool, the actor has been known to be pretty damn
funny on Twitter, where his jokes about his children and his pranks on his wife,
Blake Lively, often go viral. Now he's turned his sights on the Kardashian clan, asking the question we are all thinking:

Twitter, of course, was quick to get in on the joke with their own replies to his question:

You've got to think, joke or not, this question is even on Ryan Reynolds mind. Maybe there is no getting away from the Kardashians, even if you aren't keeping up with them. One Twitter user did set things straight, in these simple terms:

Some of this is actually recent news, as Khloe Kardashian finally put the rumours to rest by
announcing her pregnancy in December. Even with that news, we still don't know if Kylie Jenner is really pregnant or not - though I suppose it will become obvious in a couple of months whether she's showing a baby bump or not.
