OnlyFans star and DJ Courtney Mills has died at the age of 37, her family has confirmed.
Mills, who was from Melbourne, Australia, had been on holiday in Kuta, Bali, when she tragically died after falling from a height.
According to reports from news.com.au, Mills fell from the balcony of an apartment building on Friday.
She was rushed to hospital where she underwent a number of surgeries but tragically passed away on Sunday.
Mills, who had previously lived in Bali, had been visiting her two dogs who were in the apartment when the accident occurred.
Her mother Diane and Mills' older sister Kiani had flown out to be by her side in hospital, and it was also revealed that Mills had previously fallen down a flight of stairs in Bali in 2023 which had caused a devastating bleed on her brain.
Mills had made a name for herself as a DJ, having performed at some of Melbourne's biggest venues, including Metropol, Cushion, Secret Garden, Hotel Barkley, and Motel Eve.
Kiani Mills paid tribute to her sister, telling the Herald Sun that she was a "bright shining star”, adding: "The most beautiful thing we have been able to do for the last couple of days is sit and reminisce about the incredible life that she lived and how full her life was.
"She was full of adventure and never said no to an opportunity. She would drive hours and hours just to DJ for one hour.
"She would fly across the country to do the job she loved so passionately and to her it wasn’t a job, it was a life."
Kiani added: "Being behind those decks was her sense of freedom and we got to see her light up rooms.
"I hope she is proud of what she has done because we are proud of what she has done.”
Mills' mother described her as "beautiful, big-hearted, and happy-go-lucky," telling 9News: "She lived life to the fullest," while her father, Andrew Mills, described her as a "free spirit".
The DJ and content creator had spent several years living in Bali, which she thought of as her second home, before returning to Melbourne to be with her family.
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade told news.com.au in a statement: "The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is providing consular assistance to the family of an Australian who died in Bali.
"We send our deepest condolences to the family at this difficult time."
A cremation ceremony will be held for Mills on Wednesday, as her sister wrote online: "This place was her second home, so we wish to honor her and leave a part of her here.
"We will then return home with her ashes, to celebrate her life, Courtney style, in Melbourne."
Mills's death has been ruled as an accident, according to reports.

Instagram star and OnlyFans model Diana 'Coconut Kitty' Deets has died by suicide, according to a statement on her social media pages.
Deets started her social media account in 2015 but her exact age currently remains unconfirmed as she would often claim that she was 24, a number that she had quoted for years, per the Daily Mail.
The social media star went on to gain 5.4 million followers on her Instagram account and it is thought this would bring with it a net worth of around $450,000.
Sadly, Deets battled with her mental health, and according to SNBC13, her depression was brought on by the backlash she faced due to her job.
The star took her own life on February 12, as confirmed by a lengthy statement posted on her Instagram account.
It read: "Last Sunday, Coconut took her own life. It’s unfair. Life isn’t fair. We wish you guys could get to know her the way her friends and family did. She was such a light to this world, truly, she was always glowing.
"You could never slow that girl down. She was so hard headed and strong, but also just so kind. With the biggest heart we have ever known. She was always trying to lift everyone up around her, she wanted everyone to win."
The post went on to outline Deets' true character, explaining that she was creative, funny, and had a contagious energy for life. The heartbreaking statement also revealed that her loved ones wished they "could have taken some of the darkness that was weighing on her heart."
"Above all she loved her kids and being a mom. Her kids were her whole world. She was devoted to them and she wanted to make sure that they were loved. And they were so loved," the post continued.
It concluded by asking Deets' followers to check in on their loved ones and to treasure the time spent with them as "You never know how much time you’ll have left with the people you love."
During her life, the OnlyFans model came under fire for her heavily edited images that were perceived to "bait" pedophiles, but in an interview with Rolling Stone in 2021 she justified her decisions.
She created a "character" in order to distance herself from her work, as the comments people would make about her body would often be hurtful.
Deets explained that if she edited her images, the hateful comments wouldn't impact her as much as they would be commenting on something not true to who she was.
"I wanted to make something that looked like a real-life anime character — small chin, big eyes — that was made in my likeness, because I use a picture of myself and I edit it," she told the outlet.
"I just wanted to create a fantasy, just a character. And I was able to hide my identity and still make money off my art. Coconut Kitty gave me an opportunity to disassociate myself."
Deets was also a talented artist who often sold her work to followers.
Our thoughts are with her friends, family, and fans at this time.

A healthy teacher from New York has died after collapsing in her classroom just four weeks before her baby was due.
On March 8, Courtney Fannon, 29, tragically passed away after being found unresponsive in her classroom at Kendall Central School just shortly after sending a text to her husband, Kurtis.
There were no children present at the time due to it being a professional development training day for all the teachers, as per a statement from spokesperson Steve Dawe who confirmed the news to USA TODAY on Thursday.
The 29-year-old was heavily pregnant at the time, expecting her first child, Hadley Jaye, who also tragically passed away after medical professionals tried their best to save her.
A cause of death has not yet been determined.
Taking to a GoFundMe page, a friend of the couple, Matthew Smith, expressed his sadness at the loss of a close friend, a wife, and a soon-to-be mother.
"Kurtis and Courtney were wed in August 20, 2022, after 10 years of being together, and were expecting their daughter in just 4 short weeks," Smith wrote in a lengthy and emotional statement on the page.
"In the wake of this devastating news, Kurtis was left to not only manage final arrangements for Courtney and Hadley, but he is living mine, and many others, worst nightmare of having to return to a home, filled with baby toys, bottles, furniture, and a finished nursery, that will no longer be filled with the cooing sounds and shuffling of a newborn."
He also spoke very highly of his late friend, who was a special needs teacher at the education facility.
"For those who did not have the wonderful opportunity to meet or get to know Courtney, there is an endless amount of positive and good things that can only be said about her," he said.
"She was a special education teacher in the Kendall School District and was the perfect person to fill the role. She was loving, genuine and organized in a way that always placed her students ahead of herself, ultimately changing the lives of her students and caregivers, always for the positive."
And as for the loss of the little baby girl, Smith expressed that despite not being able to meet her, he "[knows] that you will live on in all that your family does to ensure that the few breaths that you were able to take were not in vain and will not be forgotten."
So far, the fundraiser has managed to rack up over $85,600 in the hopes that it can help Kurtis lay his late wife and their child to rest after what was described as an "unexpected turn of events."
Speaking of Courtney, Superintendent Nicholas Picardo told USA TODAY that the teacher had been at the school since 2018 and she was well-loved.
"Courtney was a special education teacher who served her students with passion and joy each day," Picardo said in a message.
"When she wasn’t in her classroom sharing her love and gift for teaching with her students, she could be found walking our halls with a smile and a friendly hello," he added.
Courtney and Hadley will both be laid to rest in a service that is set to take place later today, as per a notice on the GoFundMe page.
Our thoughts are with their loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.

A cause of death has officially been released for adult film star Kylie Page, who died earlier this summer at the age of 28.
Just days before her death, Page had reportedly been celebrating a major milestone. TMZ previously reported that she had recently marked 60 days sober, was attending AA meetings, and had even been leading some of them herself.
The outlet also noted that Page appeared to be focused on staying clean, making the circumstances of her death even more devastating.
Page had a history of substance abuse stretching back to her teenage years. After years of struggling, she entered rehab and later lived in a sober house while working to rebuild her life.
According to the Los Angeles County medical examiner’s public record, Page—real name Kylie Pylant—passed from the “effects of fentanyl and cocaine.”
Her death was ruled an accident and records show she died at her home on June 25, 2025.
Page’s death rocked the adult entertainment industry, where she had been a familiar face. She appeared in the Netflix docuseries Hot Girls Wanted: Turned On, executive produced by Rashida Jones, and discussed both her career and her battles with drugs in the show’s third episode.
In a statement released in June, adult site Brazzers wrote: “The Brazzers team is deeply saddened to learn of Kylie Page’s passing. Kylie will be remembered for her laughter, kindness and bringing light wherever she went.”
Her friend and fellow performer Leah Gotti also shared memories with AVN, saying Page was an “infectious person” who had a “really light and bright” personality. Gotti added: “She just loved to smile, laugh, and really valued living life to the fullest and being free as much as possible.”
Her agency, Hussie Models, also issued a statement through spokesperson Alex Mack: “Losing Kylie is truly heartbreaking. She was a kind soul, a wonderful friend, and always brought warmth and energy wherever she went. That’s exactly how I’ll always remember her, full of life and kindness.”
Our thoughts are with Page's loved ones at this time.
