With all the newfangled technology we have these days, it's easy to forget how different things were just a decade or two ago. Cell phones were still luxuries, DVDs seemed ridiculously advanced, and WiFi was pretty much magic.
Now, however, internet access is pretty much treated like a human right, nobody bothers buying hard copies of films, and if you use anything other than the latest Apple or Android phone, you're considered a Luddite. For the most part, that's fine... but don't you sometimes wish you could go back to a simpler time?

They were simpler times, yes - but also happier ones. Say what you will, but I'll take Pokemon cards over Playstation games any day.
One of the things that makes me feel old (even though I'm still in my twenties) is thinking back on the things about my childhood that people younger than me have no experience with. There's plenty of ways for teens and children to make the rest of us feel old, whether it's by participating in trends that make no sense to us, becoming obsessed with YouTube stars, or simply by not recognizing something that we grew up with.
One thing I found particularly bizarre was reading about teenagers that didn't know what the symbol was to decline calls on their smartphones - since they have never had to physically hang up a call in their lives. That kind of news will do plenty to mess with your head. Another example of this, I've found, is the fact that while we had to deal with VHS players and videotapes, a whole generation of people have had no need to ever touch one.
I remember taping movies so we could watch them later, with episodes of The Simpsons being taped over important news programmes to the annoyance of my parents. When a film got taped that someone was particularly fond of, they would stick a label on so that no one accidentally taped over it and feigned ignorance - because once that happened, it was gone forever (or so we thought).
In the years since, we moved onto the much more compact and higher quality DVDs, then Blu-Ray DVDs (with a brief foray into HD DVDs that completely flopped), finally getting to the point where we don't need to physically own anything at all - with everything a simple download or stream away. So where does that leave all those video cassettes?

Well, I'm sure there's a dump somewhere full of now-defunct Blockbuster rentals, and plenty going unsold at second-hand sales, but most of them are probably still in a box somewhere in your parents' or grandparents' house. Looking back on your childhood, there was bound to be some embarrassing moments - especially in your teens. P*rnhub has released a mountain of data for users across the world, but what do people in the USA gravitate towards?
Well, the top search across the country for 2025 is "Latina", which takes the crown after sitting in second last year.
This is followed up by "Milf", and "Asian", which have also risen by one place this year, and coming in at number four is "Hentai", which came out on top in last year's insights.
Rounding off the top five is "Lesbian", which has also moved up one spot since last year.

What Were Different States Searching?
Let's get a bit more detailed - but before you start sweating, nobody has access to your personal searches.
Each state seems to have its own... enjoyments? So let's break down some of the most notable ones.
If you're questioning how "Pegging" gained 14 places since last year, then your answer is Washington (state), which searched the term more than any other.
Oregon searched "Horny Grandma" more than any other state... I won't kink shame, but I also won't stop anyone from doing some self-reflection.
People in Maine, I don't know why you're laughing, because you searched "Granny Sex" more than anyone else.
New Mexico is a lot more wholesome by searching "Real Wife" more than the other states, while Missouri simply searched the word "Boner".
Nevada kept things close to home by searching "Las Vegas".
