Adriana Lima has finally responded to fans after they expressed their concerns over her recent red-carpet appearance.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday (November 15), the former Victoria's Secret model hit back at trolls who made comments about her face, suggesting that she underwent cosmetic surgery.
"The face of a tired mom of one teenage girl, two pre-teens one active boy, a one-year-old learning to walk, and three dogs... thanks for your concern," she wrote alongside a photo of herself barefaced with an unimpressed expression.
Lima's response comes a day after her most recent appearance at The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes premiere in Los Angeles.
The 42-year-old showed up at the event on Tuesday (November 14) sporting a gorgeous black and red detailed high-neck dress with tights and matching pointed-toe stilettos.
Her makeup look was bold; thick eyebrows, a bronze base, and a vibrant red lip.
While the look is obviously a slay, it seems as though social media users were more focused on Lima's features and whether or not she had any cosmetic work done.
Taking to Twitter, better known now as X, fans didn't hold back when they were talking about the look.
"Cosmetic surgeon ruined -- what was -- the beautiful shape of her eyes," wrote one user.
"This is tragic," wrote another.
"Giiirl! Have u seen #AdrianaLima at the recent #HungerGames red carpet? Do you think she got surgery or is pregnant?" a third enquired.
However, others clapped back at the hate, suggesting that it's always the "uglies" that comment on other people's faces.
"Not the uglies saying Adriana Lima ruined her face," this user said alongside a video of the star getting her make up done.
"...She’s stunning like is it every time she makes a public appearance ppl try to express their backhanded concern," another responded.
"And her face card still hasn’t declined like that’s mother," added this Twitter user.
And we wholeheartedly agree. Lima only comes to serve and then go about her business.
Despite giving up her angel wings back in 2018 when she completed her last runway for Victoria's Secret, the Brazilian-native gave us all one more glimpse of her incredible form during the brand's revamped show back in September.
Speaking of the iconic return with Entertainment Tonight, she described it as "incredible."
"To be back with Victoria Secret is incredible," she told the outlet at the time. "Sexy means you're comfortable in your own skin, however you are, because we change every day. I change every day. It's different moods, different cities, different situations so you just have to embrace yourself, embrace your uniqueness, enjoy that's all that's sexy."
