Britney Spears' latest dancing video on Instagram has led to a slew of comments from concerned fans as it appeared to show her dancing with a pair of "butcher knives".
Taking to Instagram on Monday night, the 'Toxic' singer originally captioned the alarming video: "I started playing in the kitchen with knives today !!!"
In the clip, Britney is seen waving two large "butcher knives", one in each hand, as she dances around her living room. During her seemingly impulsive dance, three small dogs are seen watching on.
This incident brings to light previous reports from May, where TMZ highlighted Britney’s supposed "fascination with knives."
Warning - some readers may find the video upsetting:The outlet indicated that during her conservatorship, Britney had perceived knives as a means of protection as she had fears of being institutionalized again.
Insiders disclosed that Britney has strategically placed knives throughout her residence—including in her bedroom—as a precaution. One source conveyed her fears, stating she "was paranoid someone was going to get her, and she needed the knives as protection."
Upon watching the video, fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
One person tweeted: "Wow, that video was definitely out of the ordinary! Stay safe and keep the dance moves coming, Britney!"

Defending the star, one fan said: "Poor girl god love her people should be helping her not criticising her people can be cruel."
