Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline has sent a message to his former flame amid her divorce from Sam Asghari.
Asghari, Spears' personal trainer-turned-husband, filed for divorce from the 'Toxic' superstar this week.
The pair separated after just a little over a year of tying the knot. The reason Asghari put forward for the split is the all-too-familiar "irreconcilable differences".

Federline, speaking through his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, offered up a heartfelt statement to ET.
"He wishes them both the best," Kaplan said. Diving deeper into Federline's perspective on the situation, he went on to say, "If they reconcile, great, but hopefully it won't be a factor that makes her feel more alienated than she might otherwise be if she was still in an intact marriage."
Ensuring clarity on Federline's stance, Kaplan shared, "He wishes her the best and hopes that things work out for her for the best," on behalf of his client.

The 29-year-old allegedly wants to renegotiate their prenup in return for keeping the singer's "secrets."
The source said: "[He is] attempting to negotiate concessions beyond his prenup and threatening to go public with extraordinarily embarrassing information about Britney unless he gets paid."
"So that’s what Sam is focused on," they added.
