Kesha has opened up about why she chooses to display teeth around her house, in what sounds like a twisted joke.
You may best know Kesha for songs such as 'TiK ToK' and 'Timber', but did you know the artist collects human teeth?
Probably not, but the pop star has claimed that jars of the stuff are placed around her home, with the admission coming after she admitted that she's "mostly" celibate.
It feels like these two facts go hand in hand, because there isn't a repellent quite like jars of human teeth lying around - fair play to her.
There is an explanation to the madness though, with the singer taking to the Las Culturistas podcast on Wednesday (July 15), opening up to co-hosts Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers about her unusual hobby.
The 39-year-old said on the podcast that she started to collect teeth after she "became obsessed with [her] fans."
It's a bit of an odd one, but Kesha went on: "Someone was like, 'My child lost their teeth,' and I was like, 'Can I have them?' I made a necklace, an earring and then a belt and then a crown. The crown's wild."
Some might understand why you'd try doing this once, but why has she kept it up after all these years?
She joked: "Then I just started collecting them because it kind of freaks out straight men. I put them by the door... I collect human teeth.
"I just started putting them all over my home... In little jars."
Nothing says get out like jars of human teeth, I guess.
While it felt like she may have been joking, it wasn't entirely clear, though she did ask about what parents do with teeth after taking their kids' as "the tooth fairy."
Sorry to burst that bubble.
"And where are they? Do you flush them down the toilet? Where are they going?" she asked
The hosts asked something similar but Kesha couldn't resist, jokingly suggesting: "Give them to me...
"Can I actually have your teeth, please? It's not a drill, not a joke. I am a pop star and I need your teeth."
Unsurprisingly, her biggest supporters haven't been caught off guard by her admission, as one claimed: "'I’m a pop star, give me your teeth’ is the most Kesha sentence ever uttered and I’m obsessed. Next album drop: Teeth Collector featuring a featuring a scream sample from her dentist."
Another added: "Kesha collecting teeth is peak pop star energy. merch idea: Teeth Collector vinyl with a mystery molar in each pre-order box. would she prefer wisdom teeth or baby teeth tho, asking for a friend."
A third simply asked: "Are we surprised though?"
A different user questioned how honest she was being on the podcast, writing: "Wait, Kesha collecting teeth for fun is actually real? lmao If any other pop star asked for my teeth, I'd be terrified, but since it's Kesha, it somehow makes perfect sense."
"That's so funny and weird at the same time! Kesha really said give me your teeth like it's normal," another excitable fan said.

Sometimes, its inevitable that you're going to get some food stuck between your teeth.
But getting something stuck in your teeth presents a problem for those around you, who have to mentally decide whether to tell you about it or just ignore it and keep quiet.
It's also extra embarrassing for the people who actually suffer this minor dental mishap - and even worse if this happens while you're at a job interview or, heaven forfend, performing in front of millions of people at a glitzy red carpet event that's airing on live TV.
Take a look at the Jonas Brothers performance right here and see if you can spot it for yourself:

But sadly, that's exactly what happened to Nick Jonas when he and his brothers took to the stage to perform at the Grammy's last night, and all of his social media fans.
Yes, it seems as though eagle-eyed Twitter users noticed that Nick had a little mark next to one of his (immaculately white) upper teeth, while the trio entertained with their new tracks 'What A Man Gotta Do' and 'Five More Minutes.'
Indeed, Nick himself later took to Twitter to acknowledge the gaffe, tweeting: "So honored to have been back on the Grammy stage tonight ... And at least you all know I eat my greens."

However, Nick's wife Priyanka Chopra didn't seem to mind. Taking to Twitter, the actress shared an image of herself, Nick, Joe, Kevin, Danielle Jonas, and Sophie Turner, and captioned the post: "So proud of this fam. Congratulations @jonasbrothers you guys crushed it today. #grammys [sic]"
The three siblings also later appeared in a Shazam video in which they announced that they're due to release another album in the near future. In the clip, Nick states: "Hey everyone, thanks for watching our performance on the 2020 Grammy Awards – music's biggest night."

He added: "We performed What A Man Gotta Do - our new single off our forthcoming album and our new, unreleased song Five More Minutes. Shazam it away!"
Jenna Bush Hager has shared a candid story, revealing how one night of partying led her to need four false teeth.
During a recent episode of Today With Hoda & Jenna, Jenna, alongside her co-host, delved into an interview featuring Kristen Wiig.
Kristen recently recalled a mishap from a Saturday Night Live afterparty on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, where she detailed how she chipped her tooth at the party.
"I thought Kristen Wiig and I had a few things in common, turns out we also have that," Jenna quipped, as reported by Decider.
Jenna went on to discuss her only slightly embarrassing story, a tale from the "B.C." era (before children), involving a tipsy dance session in her old apartment with her friend Molly Devine.
"It was a drinking and dancing accident," Jenna explained, setting the scene. "Molly spun me around, and with my feet clad only in slippery tights, disaster struck."
She vividly described the moment of impact, recalling how she "lunged forward on the floor," resulting in a rather painful collision with her front teeth.
Curious about the aftermath, Hoda inquired about the dental repairs, prompting Jenna to reveal she'd damaged all four of her front teeth: "Four. The first four, the ones I get lipstick on."
But the story took an unexpected turn when Jenna detailed the delayed discovery of her dental damage. Initially thinking she had escaped unscathed, it wasn't until two days later during a visit to her sister's workplace that she received a not-so-subtle reality check.
"I got up and I was like, 'Ah, are my teeth out?' They weren’t," Jenna laughed, recalling the moment. "But two days later, I was at my sister’s work and this lovely intern goes, 'Honey, you have some gray stuff on your teeth.' I killed four roots - no, actually, Molly killed four roots."
In another Jenna-related story, she recently recalled her ambitious April Fools Day prank attempts on her children, Mila, 10, Poppy, eight, and Hal, four, whom she shares with her husband Henry Hager, 45.
Reflecting on the day, Jenna confessed, "April 1 went a little too long for me," revealing a cascade of pranks that filled their household. "I mean, I was ducking from an April Fool’s prank."
She recalled her elaborate scheme involving her youngest, Hal, attempting to mimic a stomach ache to prank her husband.
"We warmed some beans up in the microwave," Jenna explained, sharing her inspiration from George Clooney's prank playbook. However, despite Hal's rehearsal efforts, the execution didn't quite hit the mark.
Undeterred, Jenna then revealed Mila's contribution - a cellophane-wrapped toilet, designed to catch an unsuspecting victim. "Did you fall for it?" Hoda inquired.
"Uh… Henry did!" Jenna admitted with a laugh, though she quickly found herself dealing with the aftermath of her daughter's prank.
But the highlight of the day was Jenna's own attempt at a prank involving their family cat. "I told the kids that Holly’s neutering didn’t work and she was pregnant with Mango’s kittens," Jenna shared, prompting disbelief from Hoda.
Acknowledging the misstep, Jenna confessed: "We have to delete April Fool’s Day. That was not good."

When asked by Ellen about her missing teeth, Chrissy stated:
"Did I lose a tooth! I lost one tooth there and I lost three teeth here. I lost this tooth and this tooth and this tooth... I had all temporary caps on them and they're all gone.
"In the bubble, there was only one thing you could do, and that was go to CVS. They had all this Valentine's Day stuff, so I bought mini Fruit Roll-Ups and I had one bite of one and then this one came off.
"You honestly have no idea how important your teeth are until they're gone. Don't take your teeth for granted, because when all four corners are gone, you cannot eat. So I can't eat until the 18th!"
She continued to tell Ellen that she lost the dental caps in all four corners of her mouth. As a result, eating was extremely painful due to her sore mouth, and for the next 10 days, her diet will consist of nothing but mashed potatoes and soup.
Chrissy first broke the news of the accident in a video shared with her 13.6 million followers on Twitter on January 21, showing how the dental caps fell off while she was snacking.
When a number of her followers expressed their concern over Chrissy's dental health, Chrissy clarified in a follow-up tweet that she had only lost her caps, replying to one fan: "[It was a] Cap :( but i loved him like he was a real tooth. [sic]"

Heidi Klum has finally put an end to the old rumor that she used to carry around a bag of her own teeth at all times.
The German supermodel, 48, is known for her candor, recently revealing that her legs were once insured by a client for $2 million, and why one of her legs was considered "more expensive than the other".
Appearing on the I've Got News For You podcast, the model was asked if there is any truth to the rumor.
"I used to, yes," Klum revealed. "Basically all of my teeth that I’ve lost, my mom kept them."
What's more, the model said there were actually a lot of teeth inside the bag.
"I had the wisdom teeth taken out and then I had an overbite, so I had even more teeth that had to come out," she said. "I had too many teeth and they're also big, so I could never really fully close my mouth when I was young, so I had two removed and then they pushed them back."
Klum's mom then put the teeth in a pouch, which the model kept as a good-luck charm.
"When I was young and I was traveling everywhere and I was always by myself because when you're a model you go from one job to the next so it's just your suitcase and your little handbag and that’s it and then you hop around all on your own.
"For me, this was kind of like my good luck charm," she said, adding: "I don't know why, it’s just something that I did."
Klum doesn't carry the teeth with her anymore, in fact, she's not even sure where the pouch is these days.
"It was kind of a weird, random thing that I did," she added. "I was young and did weird things like that, I guess."
It comes as Klum opened up about the bizarre insurance policy she has on her legs during an appearance on The Ellen Show.
Klum was asked about the price placed on her limbs during a segment called: "Heidi 'Blanking' Klum", saying that "one [leg] was more expensive than the other one," adding that "it's weird the things that some people do."
A prompter behind her read: "My legs were insured for $2m… another body part that should also be insured is …"
Klum then began by revealing that she thinks her breasts also deserve to be insured. The former Victoria's Secret model then went on to explain that she hadn’t been the one to take out the insurance policy on her lower limbs, as it had actually been a client.
Watch Heidi Klum's interview on The Ellen Show right here:
"Also, I didn’t insure them, by the way, it was a client that insured them," the model clarified. "It wasn’t me."
Klum also revealed that one of her legs "was actually more expensive than the other" because of an injury she sustained when she was a child.
"One was actually more expensive than the other because when I was young, I fell into a glass and I have, like, a big scar," Klum continued.
"Obviously I put so much spray tan on right now you can’t see it right now but yeah, one was more expensive than the other one. "It's weird the things some people do."
