Kevin Hart has responded to the backlash he is facing after calling his own teenage daughter a hoe on his Netflix stand-up special Zero F**ks Given.
In an appearance on Clubhouse, an audio-based social media platform, the 41-year-old comedian and actor was criticized for making the joke about his 15-year-old daughter and was accused of disrespecting Black women.
Kevin Hart responds to backlash for calling his daughter a hoe:"A week goes by, 'Dad, I don't like Rob no more.' I like this boy named Tim,'" Hart said in his new Netflix comedy special Zero F**ks Given. "Instantly, in my mind, I said, 'My daughter a hoe. This is hoe shit. This is hoe shit. Hoe activity right in front of my face.'"
Per Complex, several women on Clubhouse took issue with the joke, which Hart proceeded to defend.
He also suggested, according to the publication, that their criticism was motivated by them wanting to see his downfall.
Hart also made a reference to Hannibal Buress' 2014 comedy show in which he called Bill Cosby a rapist. Hart reportedly stated that Buress had brought Cosby "down," which many interpreted as a defense of Cosby who was convicted of sexual assault.
Check out the Netflix special below:Soon after his appearance on Clubhouse, Hart took to Instagram to respond to the backlash (see above).
"We gotta stop. Stop with the false narrative, it's a false narrative that’s being created," he said. "If you were in the Clubhouse and a part of the conversation, this wasn't about Black women. It wasn’t about me going against Black -- stop!"
"The question was asked about the joke about my daughter and me referencing my daughter having hoe-like activity. I gave an answer to it. Here's what it is, guys: I'm not calling my daughter a hoe. I'm saying what she did is hoe-like activity."

Hart continued: "I called three former hoes I know and asked them, 'Is this hoe-like activity?' We had a conversation about it - a good back and fourth. There was never a 'Black woman and Black man' -- never."
He added: "Stop with the false narratives and the clickbait and the back-and-forth."
Hart captioned the video: "Let me make this clear…..THIS IS NOT AN APOLOGY….this is common sense…..also THIS IS WHY I MADE THIS SPECIAL!!!! This is why….now go stream that b**ch!!!!! Let’s goooooo #ItsComedyNotPolitics."
