Marlon Wayans has called out Elon Musk for "disowning" his transgender daughter.

Last week, the 52-year-old comedian, best known for starring in the comedy White Chicks, appeared on Shannon Sharpe's Club Shay Shay podcast.

In the episode, Wayans opened up about his relationship with his 24-year-old trans son Kai Wayans, whom he shares with his ex-partner Angela Zackery.

The comic admitted that his son's transition was hard for him at first, but then he got over it, sharing: "As hard as it was, I think that it’s not important. It’s important what you went through; the five steps of grief, but I think it’s important that you get to acceptance.

“I’m proud to say it took me a week - but it felt like forever... I’m sad to say some parents, some family members, and some people it’ll take them a lifetime," he added.

The Little Man actor also spoke about Elon Musk's treatment of his trans daughter Vivian Jenna Wilson.

Back in July, the 53-year-old billionaire remarked in an interview with Jordan Peterson that his daughter was "killed by the woke mind virus," and slammed: "I lost my [child], essentially. They call it 'deadnaming' for a reason. The reason they call it ‘deadnaming’ is because your [child] is dead."

His daughter hit back shortly after, stating that Musk was "desperate for attention and validation from an army of degenerate red-pilled incels and pick-mes who are quick to give it to him".

Referring to Musk's comments, Wayans told Sharpe that he wanted to drive his Tesla “over a cliff” because he doesn't "like what he be saying about his trans child".

“It made me mad. You don’t treat them babies like that, you don’t disown your baby," he added.

Wayans first publicly discussed his eldest child’s transition journey during an interview on The Breakfast Club last November.

“I just want my kids to be free,” he explained at the time. “I want them to be free and spirit-free and free to be themselves. The more you know yourself, the more you can govern yourself, the more you live your truth, the happier your existence."

The father of three - who is also dad to son Shawn, 22, and daughter Axl, 21 months - made it clear that he still has immense love for his child.

"Those are my babies. I went through the five stages of grief to get to the beautiful, magical place called acceptance," he said.

Asked what he had learned through the experience, he said: "I learned that I'm a lot stronger than I thought I was. I learned that my family - my brothers, my sisters - have prepared me to be a rock in our family," per PEOPLE.

Unlike Wayans, Musk - who has welcomed 11 other children over the years - doesn’t appear to have come to terms with Vivian's identity.

In 2022, Vivian revealed that she changed her name to her mother's maiden name and declared in a petition that she didn't want to be related to her biological father in "any way, shape, or form," per Reuters.

She has since blasted the Space X founder on several occasions, including branding him a “heinous incel” after he offered to give Taylor Swift a child earlier this month.
