Kim Kardashian is once again being called out for another "photoshop fail" - but fans insist not all is as it seems.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan are some of the most-followed individuals on social media, with Kim boasting a whopping 333 million followers on Instagram alone - making her the 8th most followed account on the platform. (In fact, younger sister Kylie Jenner is the most-followed woman on Instagram, with 372 million followers.)

Therefore, with that many eyes on your photos and videos, it would be foolish to try and heavily edit them in an attempt to iron out any imperfections. However, it is unfortunately a tale as old as time when it comes to the sisters, with questionable pics being called out by fans on multiple occasions. (Such as this example...)

And earlier this week, 42-year-old Kim shared a carousel of racy photos and videos showing off her latest underwear line for her SKIMS fashion brand.

There is no denying that Kim looks remarkable in the photos and clips - with the post amassing over 6.1 million likes in just a matter of days.

However, as can be expected by now, the mom-of-four was quickly called out for photoshopping her images after social media users thought they noticed something peculiar with her leg.

"Does she have two left legs," one Instagrammer asked.

Another person questioned: "What is going on with the thighs and are they going over the undies or what the hell??!"

According to the Daily Mail, the images were even shared on Reddit, where the conversation and accusations continued. "Like we all know they photoshop to high heavens but this??? Don't insult my intelligence," one Redditor quipped.

And looking closer at the image in question, it's easy to see why people were so confused:

However, it certainly didn't take long for Kim's most dedicated fans to rush to her defense - pointing out the very simple explanation for the confusion.

"She's standing in front of a mirror," one Instagram user replied - which was echoed by several more fans.

Yes, upon closer inspection, Kim is simply standing in front of a mirror - with the close reflection creating the illusion that there is something untoward going on with her leg.

Nevertheless, criticism is never far behind when it comes to the Kardashian/Jenner sisters.

In a recent episode of the Hulu show, The Kardashians, the 42-year-old opened up about how it feels to be a woman in business - with the socialite-turned-lawyer claiming that she feels she's always had to work harder than the "average" person.

"I’ve always felt like I’ve had to work a little bit harder than the average person to get a little bit of respect," she says during episode 5 of the series. "And then once you start working, and once you start seeing the results, and once you start proving yourself, it’s like: how do you stop?"
