Sophie Turner's fans certainly have her back amid her ongoing divorce from Joe Jonas.
Earlier this month, it was announced that Jonas, 34, had filed for divorce from Turner - subsequently ending their four-year marriage.
Neither the 'Cake By the Ocean' singer nor the Game of Thrones star provided any reasons behind their separation, but TMZ had claimed that the reason "involved a Ring camera" (this has not been verified by either of the stars).
The stars took to Instagram on September 6 to release a joint statement confirming the news, which read: "After four wonderful years of marriage, we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage.
"There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children."
Since the announcement of the split, many of Turner's fans felt like she was being set up as the "bad guy" - especially after stories broke showing her enjoying herself at a wrap party in the UK and after sources cited by TMZ have suggested that lifestyle differences played a significant role in their decision to split.
Now, Tunrer's fans are once again standing vehemently in her corner after pictures and videos of her filming scenes for her ITVX show Joan were shared on social media and by news publications like TMZ and the Daily Mail. The images show Turner filming a beach scene with co-star Frank Dillane, which involved the actors frolicking in the sea and sharing a kiss.
While some social media users were quick to overlook the fact that Turner was acting - with one person tweeting "Well she didn't wait long did she?" - others were quick to defend Turner for making headlines just for doing her job.
"She was doing her job," one person tweeted, with another X user replying: "How dare she…*checks notes*… do her job?"
Another sarcastically commented "'Actress does job'" in response to TMZ's tweet, while a fourth X user asked: "Is she supposed to stop working just because she's getting a divorce?"
According to NBC News, the divorce filing by Jonas, described as "unhappy" and seeking a "last resort," was officially submitted on September 5.
Nevertheless, even in the midst of a high-profile divorce, surely just going to work shouldn't be making headlines?
