Back in 2016, the world was left amazed by the release of Disney's 56th animated movie, Moana.
The movie was the perfect recipe for a Disney movie: A strong and powerful lead character, stunning animation, and an incredible soundtrack - even earning an Academy Award nomination for 'How Far I'll Go'.
But one song that got everybody's feet stomping was 'You're Welcome', sung by the shape-shifting demi-god Maui. The track was written by musical legend Lin-Manuel Miranda and performed by everybody's favorite wrestler-turned-actor, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.
However, it seems not everybody will believe that The Rock is actually the voice of Maui - including his own daughter.
Check out the heartwarming video of Rock and his daughter enjoying a sing-along below:Sharing the adorable video with his 181 million Instagram followers, the former WWE Champion captioned the post:
"Just us enjoying Maui sing 'You’re Welcome' from Moana for the 3,978th time. And baby Tia shutting down the rumor that Maui is actually her daddy. Wait ‘til I tell her about the rumor her daddy is also The Rock. No way she’ll believe that one. This kinda stuff makes my day."
In the video, Rock sings the rap section of 'You're Welcome' to his two-year-old daughter Tia - whom he shares with wife Lauren Hashian. Tia adorably joins in on the words "skin" and "win", before her father turns the song off.
He then asks, "Tia, is Daddy Maui?", to which Tia VERY quickly replies, "No."
Johnson then asks his youngest daughter if she wants to hear the popular song again, and she just replies: "MmHm".
Since posting the video yesterday, it has been watched over 5.5 million times, and received nearly 30,000 comments.
But this is far from the first time that Johnson has tried to get his youngest daughter to believe he is a demi-god, as you can see from the Instagram posts below:
Don't worry, Rock! It won't be long before she's telling every other kid in the schoolyard that her daddy is Maui!
