Tom Hanks delighted a couple of brides by crashing their wedding so that he could take photos with the newlyweds.

Per People, 33-year-old Diciembre and 37-year-old Tashia Farries tied the knot on October 22 in a ceremony near the Santa Monica Pier in California.

The pair had been posing for pictures with their one-year-old son August when they saw none other than the Oscar-winning Cast Away star walking in their direction.

"We see a guy walking through the crowd and initially I'm like, 'Who's this guy getting in our pictures?'" Tashia told People. "And we hear everyone like, 'Wait, is that Tom Hanks?'"

She went on to say of the 65-year-old actor: "Immediately, he treated us like family."

According to the bride, Hanks showed interest in the couple by asking them about their backgrounds and requesting to take a picture with them.

"He said, 'Wow, what a beautiful wedding,'" Tashia recalled. "And he said, 'Who's the bride? Who's the groom?' He found out it was too brides and he said, 'Get out. My stock just exploded.'"

She continued: "[He] told us if we ever see him again, in an airport or in any crowd, make sure we come say hi. He was very nice."

The newly married woman, who works as a celebrity chef, described it as a "breath of fresh air to be around someone from Hollywood, an A-list celebrity, that is so humble, very genuine and treated us like we were close friends or family. There's only one Tom Hanks!"

After Tashia posted the snaps on Instagram, plenty of people gushed over the photos in the comments:

But this certainly isn't the first time Hanks has crashed the wedding of a stranger.

Back in 2016, he came across a wedding ceremony while going running in Central Park in New York City. The bride and groom included him in their wedding photos and Hanks even took to Instagram to share a photo from their big day.

"Elizabeth and Ryan! Congrats and blessings! Hanx," he wrote in the caption.
