Jake Paul has denied sexual assault claims made against him by TikTok star Justine Paradise.

On Tuesday, Daniel E. Gardenswartz, the attorney of the popular YouTuber said in a statement, per People: "Our client is aware of the recent allegation against him.

"While others have already begun to debunk the claim alleged against him, our client categorically denies the allegation and has every intention of aggressively disproving it and pursuing legal action against those responsible for the defamation of his character.

"Our client believes that any false allegations diminish the credibility of those who have truly been victims of misconduct."

The attorney's statement comes days after Paradise, a social media influencer with over 526,000 followers on TikTok, alleged that the 24-year-old YouTube star forced her to perform oral sex on him in the summer of 2019.

In a lengthy YouTube video posted on Friday, Paradise, also 24, claimed that the ordeal took place in Paul's bedroom in a home that he shared with a number of friends.

Learn more about Paradise's explosive allegations:

"Sex is very special and very important to me," she said in the video. "Normally, everybody respects me when I don't want to do sexual things, so I thought that it was fine if I went in his room. I thought it would be fine to kiss him, because I thought he would stop if I didn't want to do anything else."

Paradise went onto claim that Paul, brother of fellow YouTuber Logan Paul, continuously placed his hands on her body in a way that made her feel uncomfortable. When she pushed his hands her way, he allegedly snapped: "If nothing's going to happen, what's the point?"

Despite Paradise having specifically told Paul "no", she says, the renowned content creator continued to pursue her sexually. It allegedly escalated to the point where Paul was on top of her and forced her to perform oral sex on him.

"He didn't ask for consent or anything," Paradise stated. "That's not okay. On no level at all is that okay."

She also claimed that after the act, Paul distanced himself from her and refused to speak to her.

Just days after the incident allegedly occurred, Paradise claims she attempted to contact Paul "to talk to him and tell him, 'Hey, I didn't consent for this. It made me feel so awful,'" – but she "couldn't tell him because he never responded" to the messages.

"I never got an apology or anything like that," she added. "I would have liked to have an apology because that was messed up, and I didn't want that."

Paradise concluded the upsetting video by sharing that the intention behind it is for Paul to "realize what he did and [that he] doesn't do it again."

She added: "I know he knows that I didn't want to do anything sexual with him. I've thought about this literally every single day since it happened. But the more and more I think about it, the more I realize, no one can be doing that and think that it's something right to do."
