The new Jackass film includes a stunt that viewers are calling the "most disgusting thing they've ever seen" in a movie theater.
Jackass: Best and Last, the fifth and final movie in the series, serves as a farewell to Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Wee Man, and the rest of the group.
The film features previously unseen archival footage, as well as several newly filmed stunts that show that the cast still has plenty of revolting ideas.
The use of archive footage also allows Bam Margera to appear in the film despite his highly publicized feud with Knoxville.
Although there are plenty of outrageous moments throughout the movie, one new stunt has become the scene everyone is talking about.
The sequence shows Steve-O and other cast members drinking high-strength laxatives before taking part in a twisted version of Twister, referred to as "human pretzel" for legal reasons.
What follows are widespread accidents, graphic close-up shots, an overpowering smell, and, eventually, vomiting from those involved.
Longtime director and co-creator Jeff Tremaine confessed to Metro at the film's London BFI IMAX premiere that even he thought the stunt had gone too far.
"It's foul," he said. "I did come up with that one, and I'm not proud of it. We weren't even editing it because it was so disgusting and I felt that we already had enough gross stuff already in the film."
"I just left it on the editing floor until I was reminded about it," he added.
Despite his reservations, Tremaine revealed someone at the studio ultimately rescued the sequence.
"But I just didn't want to get rid of it. There was a certain Paramount executive that insisted that we put that in the movie," he revealed.
The gamble appears to have paid off, although perhaps not for viewers with weak stomachs.
One person wrote on X: "New Jackass has a poop bit that is probably the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in a movie theater."
Another user replied: "This is why no one in my generation (zoomer) watches jackass, it’s just kinda… gross?"
A third added: "The 'human pretzel' from the latest Jackass is the closest I’ve ever gotten to throwing up at a movie."
A fourth chimed in: "I was so sick all night. I skipped dinner."
One viewer on Reddit revealed just how badly the scene went down during their screening: "The game of twister was pretty insane. My wife had to run out of the theater room for that one lol."
While Jackass has never shied away from dangerous or stomach-churning stunts, Knoxville says this film truly marks the end of the franchise.
"I've said before that we're finished, but this is really it," the 55-year-old revealed. "It feels like a good place to end. We wanted to go out on our own terms, and it feels like we have with this film."
As for what's next, Knoxville revealed he's become a huge fan of The Traitors: "Oh my god, I just love that show. We've watched at least 12 different countries...I've got through all the UK ones. It's fantastic."
"What I would love to do is get all the Jackass cast in and do a Jackass/Traitors spin-off. Because what you need to be a good Traitor… none of us possess," he joked.

They're back! The fourth and final Jackass film, titled Jackass Forever, is due to land on our screens on October 22nd, per NME.
"Celebrating the joy of being back together with your best friends and a perfectly executed shot to the dingdong, the original Jackass crew return for another round of hilarious, wildly absurd, and often dangerous displays of comedy with a little help from some exciting new cast," a press statement accompanying the announcement read.
To celebrate the release date, and to provide you with a chuckle ahead of what is sure to be a rollercoaster of wild and reckless stunts, we took a look back at 10 of the craziest Jackass stunts.

The Toro Totter was perhaps one of the crew's most toe-curling stunts. It featured a large 4-way seesaw, which sat Bam Margera, Ryan Dunn, Johnny Knoxville, and Chris Pontius, as they all jumped up and down to see who could last the longest — while a charged up bull ran around.
The bull, naturally, caused chaos in just 30 seconds. Dunn jumped off and threw himself into a wall, Bam immediately hopped off, and Pontius looked visibly terrified as he clamoured to stay aloft, and out of the animal's crosshairs.
Knoxville was the last man standing, though, he nearly got gored. The relief on their faces afterwards was palpable.
In one of their more painful-looking gaffes, Knoxville and Wee Man dressed up in police outfits, while the others donned prison ensembles. They had to go through a hallway with over 15 stun guns and cattle prods dangling from the ceiling.
Bam attempts to jump over the wooden plans, rather than crawling under them, and gets tased while in the air — the force of which propels him to the end. Unpleasant to say the least...
The High Five sees an absolutely giant hand smack into the crew — while they're carrying soup, or otherwise indisposed.
Of course, they pushed it even further, when they added a giant bag of flour that exploded on contact with its victim. But the funniest bit in this stunt is when Bam gets knocked out cold — he seriously goes down like a sack of potatoes.
A truly gross prank if ever there was one. The gang launched Steve-O into the air while sitting inside a very well-used portable toilet. As a crane lifted the cord to the portaloo up, Steve-O and all the many contents of the toilet flew right up into the sky.
Don't watch this one while eating your lunch — you've been warned.
It makes sense that Dave England once dubbed himself "the world's first professional shi**er".
In this skit, which is arguably one of the crew's simplest but most effective, Dave walked into a hardware store and took a dump straight into one of the display toilets.
Everyone seemed too shocked to comprehend what's actually happening, and Dave simply said "Oh, I'm sorry," and carried right on...
Pontius, aka Party Boy, walked into an electronics store in Japan and asked if he could test a television to check the audio quality. He proceeds to play a disc with the party boy theme, and then takes off his clothes, and starts dancing.
The assistant runs away, a businessman is distressed, and a police officer's cap gets stolen. It's funnier than it sounds, I promise.
It's amazing that they actually pulled this one off, but that's Jackass for you. By the early 2000's Jackass had become such a phenomenon that A-listers were literally begging to be involved. The third, and final season, was coming to an end when Knoxville bumped into Brad Pitt at director Spike Jonze's house.
"He was saying he really wanted to do something with us," Knoxville told MTV News. "We were filming the last episode. At the time, we didn’t even have any ideas — just that he wanted to be on the show."
And that's when The Abduction came from. Again, it's simple: Pitt — arguably one of the most famous actors in the world — gets kidnapped by men in ski masks while in line at Pink's Hot Dogs. He's thrown into a van while onlookers look on, and call the police saying: "Brad Pitt was in line and he was just kidnapped and thrown into a van. I'm really not kidding."
This stunt is pretty self-explanatory. Ryan Dunn places a toy car into his anus, and then goes to get an X-ray, complaining that he's been finding it difficult to walk.
The doctor is absolutely baffled, naturally...
One of boxing's biggest heavyweights, Butterbean, was challenged to a fight in a department store with Knoxville.
It was never, ever going to go well, was it? Butterbean naturally wipes out Knoxville — all in the name of entertainment.
If you're scared of snakes, look away.
In this skit, Dunn and Knoxvwille get into a ball pit that has two giant anacondas in it.
One of them starts wrapping themselves around Dunn, and holding him down. Speaking about the stunt, Wee Man told Rolling Stone: "You hear Dunn's like, "Uhh!" — and you see him fall out of the side just to get the snake off of him. It was intense. Then Knoxville gets bit. I got out of it pretty easy because there was only two in there."
"I had electric tape around my wrists because I didn’t want the snake to bite through my arteries. Then after we shot, the guy was like, 'One of these snakes took someone's calf muscle the other day.' Thanks for telling me afterwards," Knoxville added.

For fans of grown men kicking each other in the groin and otherwise pranking one another, Johnny Knoxville could be about to make your day.
The 48-year-old shared a photo with the director of the Jackass films Jeff Tremaine, as well as his fellow cast members Ehren McGhehey, Dave England, Preston Lacey, Chris Pontius, Stephen "Steve-O" Glover and Jason "Wee Man" Acuna.
Here's just one of the crazy stunts that Johnny Knoxville took on during his time filming the Jackass series:

Together (along with Brandon "Bam" Margera and the late Ryan Dunn, who died in 2011), they created Jackass: a television show that initially aired for three seasons on MTV before being cancelled in 2002. From there, there were three Jackass films to enjoy; in 2002, 2006 and 2010.
So, in meeting his fellow cast members from that glorious time, Johnny Knoxville managed to send Jackass fans wild - especially those hoping for a fourth Jackass movie. "Look at who I ran into at dinner," he captioned the photo, and all the comments were saying the same thing.
"Here for Jackass 4," said @theoottoiv, while @alexis_mont_ said: "Jackass 4?" @spinna420 said what was on everyone's minds in glorious fashion, simply saying "Jackass 4".
I think the people would like a Jackass 4, Johnny.

And wouldn't you know it, the notion of yet another Jackass film isn't just a fever dream from fans. Johnny Knoxville's actually talked about the idea of causing himself and his friends extreme physical pain on camera while talking with Entertainment Weekly; back in June, Knoxville didn't exactly rule it out.
"It’s possible, for sure. It’s not like we’re saying no," he said at the time.
"If we did do a new one [Jackass film], we’d have to bring in some new younger guys— just to bring some fresh blood into it. But it’s possible. I still write ideas down, just in case I get that twitch again. We’re sitting on a ton of new ideas. There was so many that we didn’t get to shoot for Jackass 3.
[Many unused bits that they did film wound up on 2011’s straight-to-video Jackass 3.5.] We have more ideas than we could shoot for Jackass 4, I’ll tell you that."
Well, there you have it - this could be just a nice reunion photo between Johnny Knoxville and the rest of the Jackass crew. But on the other hand, it could - just maybe - be a teaser for yet another Jackass film. I can't wait, folks!

PETA has slammed the upcoming Jackass Forever, and demanded that all stunts involving animals be removed from the movie.
Despite the fact that many fans of the beloved American comedy series are thrilled to see the old gang reunite and put their bodies in harm's way once again, the animal rights nonprofit organization PETA has hit out at Johnny Knoxville and his friends.
Last week, the trailer for the upcoming sequel Jackass Forever was released, showing snippets of outrageous stunts featured in the movie. And, like previous Jackass movies and television shows, some of these stunts involved animals.
Check out the trailer for the highly anticipated return below:In one hard-hitting scene, a then-49-year-old Knoxville can be seen being taken off his feet by a charging bull. In another, Ehren McGhehey can be seen being strapped to a chair and being smothered with honey and salmon, before a large bear is led into the room.
Spiders and snakes also feature in the trailer.
Now, PETA has branded the slapstick series as "vulgar", and condemned the cast for continuing to use animals in their stunts.
Per Movieweb, PETA has accused those involved in the movie of "normalizing animal exploitation", with PETA President Ingrid Newkirk saying in a statement:
"Jackass stunts are violent and vulgar, but if the talent is willing and the wounds are self-inflicted, that's one thing-however, it's quite another when animals are exploited, harassed, and harmed: That's cruelty."
Newkirk's statement continues: "The Jackass Forever trailer shows Knoxville's crew provoking a snake and a bull to the point of attack, treating a tarantula like a game piece, and coercing a chained bear to eat honey off a bound participant.
"Four months before its release, Jackass Forever has already risked normalizing animal exploitation and legitimizing the cruel exhibitors who pimp out animals for productions. PETA is urging producers to remove stunts involving animals from the film."
Speaking to GQ earlier this year about filming with bulls, Knoxville said: "You know exactly what you're going to get with bulls.
"They hate you. They hate anything that moves. If you're moving, they get very angry. And whether you're a person or an inanimate object, if it moves, bulls want to make it stop moving. Which is great for us."
And despite revealing later in the interview that he can't "afford any more concussions, Jackass co-creator and director Jeff Tremaine did confirm that it was Knoxville's head that broke his fall after being gored by the beast.
Jackass Forever hits movie theaters on October 22.

Bam Margera has stated he is "too Jackass for Jackass" following concerns of a breakdown recently.
In a series of videos posted to his Instagram today (February 20), Margera has branded cast and crew members a "bunch of f**king a**holes who belong in hell". He also declared that he is "too Jackass for Jackass".
In the first of four videos, Margera alleged that Johnny Knoxville and director Jeff Tremaine put him on medication, which made him "balloon" up after he had an allergic reaction. Because of this, he says, he had to be taken to hospital.
In the second video, he said: "They steal all my ideas and they twist them around. Let’s jump on a f**king treadmill and get pushed into a garage door… then they claim it was their own ideas…. f**k ’em all."
In the third post, Margera talks about Paramount's rules on drug and alcohol testing. "Steve-O’s been sober for over 10 years, he couldn't deal with this," he says.
Margera then alleges: "Johnny Knoxville still gets drunk on scotch. He’s still on Adderall, he’s the one who taught me it. I’ve been on this for 13 years… and that’s why I’m not in the movie. You f**king assholes, who the f**k do you think you are Jeff f**king f***** Tremaine?"
In the fourth and final post, he declares: "I am too Jackass for f**king Jackass. Now they make up their own Jackass. CKY is not involved, my mom and dad are not involved. Ryan Dunn is dead.
"Rick Kosick can’t take it anymore, Trip Taylor can’t take it anymore, they’re too Hollywood for Hollywood. They’re just a bunch of f**king a**holes who belong in hell."
Per Variety, earlier this month, Magera said in a series of "disturbing" videos, which have since been deleted, that he had been dropped from the impending installment of Jackass.
He said: "I wrote them so many ideas, and if I’m not in the movie and they use my ideas, how do you think that will make me feel? The last thing I want to do is be in a courtroom with Jeff Tremaine, I love him."
He added: "But f**k, man, I’m not in Jackass 4? If anybody cares about me, don’t go see their movie, because I will make mine way f**king radder if you just Venmo me a dollar. Jackass was everything to me."
A source told the publication that there is "currently an effort" by those involved in Jackass 4 to "get Margera help again."
