Jessica Simpson delights her fans with yoga picture after 100lb weight loss

When you're trying your hardest to lose weight and stick to a new nutrition regime, it can be hard to find the motivation to keep it up.

All it takes is one rubbish day, or a bit of bad news, to make us skip the gym, uncork a bottle of wine, and make a beeline for the cookie jar.

So if you're looking for someone to give you that little boost of inspiration, then you could do a lot worse than Jessica Simpson. She's managed to lose weight lately, and what's more, she has the pics to prove it.

On Monday, the musician showed off her newly-toned physique with a stunning yoga snap, which she shared with the world on her official Instagram account.

Per TODAY, the 39-year-old star has lost 100lbs since welcoming her third child, Birdie Mae, back in March

Uploading a picture of herself pose, Simpson captioned her post: "Starting the week with a warrior mindset aligned with the beauty of the sunset."

As you can see, Simpson's fans and followers were particularly impressed by the singer's six-pack.

In another Instagram post, Simpson also celebrated her weight loss by posting a picture showing her elation at being able to squeeze back into her 14-year-old jeans.

Simpson wrote:

"I have kept these throwback True Religion jeans in my closet for 14 yrs (I’m not exaggerating!). I figured that since I’m in the final hours of my 30’s I’d give them another try, and hello 40, so nice to meet you. [sic]"

In another recent Instagram post, Simpson opened up about how she now disdains the opinions of body shamers, after she was disparaged by former Vogue editor Sally Singer. Simpson wrote:

"I have persevered through shaming my own body and internalizing the world’s opinions about it for my entire adult life. To read this much-anticipated article about the classiest fashion event there is and have to be shamed by another woman for having boobs in 2020 is nauseating,"

Jessica's dedication to her own physical and mental health really is awesome. You go, Jess!
