Zara Larsson has got social media users all worked up following her Lollapalooza performance on July 31.
The Swedish artist has enjoyed a resurgence in the last couple of years with the release of her album, Midnight Sun, in 2025.
The 28-year-old first shot to fame back in 2016 with her hit song 'Lush Life', which was the lead single on her first international studio album, So Good.
But now, it looks like she is here to stay after her music video for 'Midnight Sun' announced her explosive return to the music mainstream.
She has further stated her intent to stick around by delivering a show-stopping performance at July's Lollapalooza music festival.
Videos of the performance have gone viral on social media, with many unfamiliar with Larsson's comeback left shocked with the performance she put on, as well as her toned figure.
Many took to X to comment on the Swede's toned appearance and her impressive dance moves while performing her biggest hits.
Alongside of her performance in Illinois, one user wrote: "Zara Larsson is hungry for this I’m living for this," as another simply wrote: "This body omg."
People were describing her figure as "body tea," while others claimed it "doesn't look real," as she coupled the looks with an impressive show for all to witness.
"I have watched this so many times now," a different fan admitted, as a fourth wrote: "She was unknown and hidden for several years, and finally getting her due. People are seeing the light. Go Queen Zara!"
One of Larsson's fans claimed: "She is literally built like a real-life BARBIE and the stage presence is doing all the talking."
A certain video of her performance managed to garner over 29 million views at the time of writing, with that number showing no sign of stopping.
Larsson revealed in 2021 that her on-stage shows are no joke, in an interview with Women's Health.
Many had the question about the workout she would need to have those washboard abs and an entire performance that never lacked energy, and she lifted the lid.
She revealed that her routine included early morning gym sessions, which involve treadmill cardio work coupled with strength and resistance work.
This includes lunges, dead bugs, planks and more as she works to maintain her look.
Even in the midst of a global tour today, the behind-the-scenes efforts being put in by Larsson on top of her energetic performances continue to impress the masses.
Despite joking that her abs have come about from "laughing and laughing," as well as good genetics and (somehow) skipping the gym, her shows say something completely different.
Larsson also trained as a dancer as a child, attending the Royal Swedish Ballet School, which makes everything make even more sense.
The videos show that being on-stage is a workout in itself, all while hitting the right notes to some of her most popular hits.

Travis Scott performed at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night (May 15), and fans had a lot to say about it. The dad-of-two was seen dancing with a bikini-clad lady as both Kylie Jenner and Stormi watched on.
The 31-year-old rapper performed his new song 'Mafia' and 'Lost Forever' at the ceremony, making it his first television performance since the Astroworld tragedy. He was accompanied on the red carpet by his partner Jenner, 24, and their four-year-old daughter Stormi.
The 'SICKO MODE' star dressed in an all-white outfit, consisting of a long-sleeved shirt, puffy jacket, and bold sunglasses. During his performance, he was joined by dancers and models.
Watch Scott's performance below:Scott could then be seen approaching a model in a white bikini, fur jacket, and icy makeup. He placed his head on her chest, while rapping as she caressed him.
A clip of the performance was shared on Reddit, and users couldn't help but weigh in with their opinions on the rapper's "flirtatious" interaction with the model.
One user pointed out that his girlfriend and daughter were watching: "Unnecessary lol, especially when your partner and child are in the room."
Another commented: "Performance or not that’s more attention he gave her than Kylie the whole night."
A third chimed in on whether the gesture was needed: "I completely understand that it’s a performance and all. I’m just saying it was unnecessary because it contributed nothing to the performance or the story lol. If it played a significant part in the performance, then fine. It just didn’t need to happen especially if it could potentially make your lady uncomfy."
It was revealed on Instagram on Monday that BBMAs host Sean "Diddy" Combs, 52, was responsible for getting Scott the performance slot.
"This just in," Diddy said in the video. "For the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday I made a request; I made a demand. I said, 'My brother Travis Scott has to perform. I'm executive producing, he has to perform,' and NBC said, 'Yes.' It's going down Sunday, Travis Scott will be performing…now that's love."
Prior to his Billboards performance, Scott got on stage last week in Miami to perform with Migos' Quavo during the Miami Grand Prix weekend.
The event took place just two days after the six-month anniversary of the tragedy in Houston.

Nelly Furtado is using 2025 to not only show herself some love, but also share a heartfelt message with her fans.
The 46-year-old music icon - who raised to fame in the early 2000s with hits like 'I’m Like a Bird' and 'Maneater' - took to Instagram to showcase her radiant natural beauty.
Posing in a vibrant orange bikini, the singer delivered an empowering message to her 1.5 million followers.
“HAVE A BODY NEUTRAL 2025, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, LOVE WITH EVERY INCH OF YOUR HEART. THANKS FOR ALL THE MEMORIES THIS YEAR,” she wrote, inspiring her followers to celebrate themselves and embrace individuality in the new year.
In her candid post, Nelly opened up about navigating the pressures of beauty standards in the public eye.
“This year I became aware of the aesthetic pressure of my work in a brand new way, while simultaneously I experienced new levels of self-love and genuine confidence from within,” she wrote.
She also shared her experience with online misinformation, explaining that she had taken legal action against those falsely claiming she used certain products or underwent cosmetic procedures.
Nelly made it crystal clear that her beauty routine is refreshingly simple and free of invasive enhancements. “I have never had any face or body surgeries or augmentation, besides veneers on the top row of my teeth, quite recently,” she stated, adding that she’s never used face or lip fillers or injections.
Instead, she credited her youthful glow to an “old-school” skincare regimen she began at 20, guided by a trusted facialist.
As for her red carpet secrets, Nelly spilled the tea on a few clever beauty hacks:
Nelly also emphasized that makeup artistry, good hairstyling, and the right undergarments work wonders. She proudly added that her photos were filter-free and credited her glow to nothing more than a spray tan.
While she opts for subtle enhancements, Nelly is unapologetic about embracing the realities of aging. “I have spider veins, and they remind me of my mom and aunties and life, so I think that’s why I haven’t parted with them so far,” she shared, celebrating the beauty of imperfection.
Her message for 2025 was simple yet powerful: “Express yourself freely, celebrate your individuality, and know that it’s perfectly OK to be OK with what you see in the mirror. And it’s also OK to want something different. We are all cute little humans just bouncing around the earth looking for hugs.”
Nelly’s raw honesty struck a chord with fans, who flooded her post with love and admiration.
“HATS OFF for this honest post!!! And respect for embracing your natural self and giving us a glimpse of such a genuine part of yourself. Authenticity has always been one of your greatest qualities,” one fan wrote.
Another chimed in: “The epitome of beauty and grace right here!!!! I love you and your story!!! Forever beleza!”
Her hairstylist added their voice to the chorus of support: “QUEEN. The QUEENIEST of QUEENS LOVE YOU and your spider veins FOREVER.”
"You are ONE of ONE!!! Forever our Queen. Love YOU," another wrote.
And one fan put it perfectly when they commented: "Self love and self respect is the most beautiful glow a woman can emit."
Nelly’s message is a reminder that beauty lies in authenticity. As one touching comment put it, “Keep it up, Nelly. You’re beautiful, that’s for sure.”
Here’s to a body-positive 2025 — led by the inspiring queen herself, Nelly Furtado!

Selena Gomez has opened up on social media about how her body has changed over the years but stands firm that she is "proud" of who she is.
In 2020, Gomez revealed a diagnosis of bipolar disorder, sharing the challenges of managing the highs and lows.
Addressing her health further, Gomez, 31, acknowledged the ongoing impact of her kidney transplant, a procedure prompted by lupus, an autoimmune disease.
On a TikTok Live, she emphasized the importance of prioritizing her well-being and medication regimen.
The Rare Beauty founder also discussed reclaiming decision-making power and embracing lessons from past experiences. "If it ends up being a mistake, it’s your mistake to learn from. Take a lesson from that. Does it make you feel good? Does it not? Evaluate and get to know yourself as much as you can," Gomez advised.
Drawing from her personal growth, she concluded: "I can relate to a whole sea of beautiful human beings because I’ve walked through some really tough moments, and now I’m on the other side."
Gomez is now using social media to shed light on her personal life once again and to use her platform to share that it's important to be proud of yourself.
Taking to her Instagram story, the star posted two images, the first being from 2013 when she was 21 years old.
In the image, Gomez is in a zebra bikini and she wrote in the post: "Today I realized I will never look like this again..."
The follow-up photo was from last year where she was wearing a bikini once again, as she wrote: "I’m not perfect, but I am proud to be who I am… Sometimes I forget it’s ok to be me."
In October, the 31-year-old candidly shared the emotional toll she endured following the release of paparazzi pictures in 2018.
In an interview with Fast Company, Gomez revealed the impact of the intrusive images captured during her downtime on a yacht in Australia.
The pictures, showing Gomez in a striking black and orange bikini proudly displaying scars from a kidney transplant, became a catalyst for online trolls to unleash a barrage of body-shaming comments.
Gomez had opted for a social media hiatus at the time. However, compelled by the overwhelming negativity, she broke her silence to address the hate. In an Instagram post, she highlighted the societal pressure of the "beauty myth" and its impact on women's self-esteem.
"The beauty myth — an obsession with physical perfection that traps modern woman in an endless cycle of hopelessness, self-consciousness, and self-hatred as she tries to fulfill society’s impossible definition of flawless beauty," she stated.
The artist admitted to already grappling with body image concerns as she transitioned away from a "teenager’s body." In the interview, she remarked on the unrealistic expectations placed on women and the embarrassment she felt when standard sample sizes no longer fit.

In a world where taboos still linger, Billie Eilish is never afraid to fearlessly break barriers.
The songstress, renowned for her unapologetic stance on societal norms, is earning applause for one of her recent reveals.
The 'Angel Eyes' singer has long advocated for social issues such as body positivity. Now, she's shedding light on another hushed topic: what she likes to do in front of a mirror.
In a tell-all interview with Rolling Stone, published in April, the 22-year-old seemingly confirmed that she would be open to a same-sex relationship in true Billie fashion, by stating she'd be happy to have her "face in a vagina."
While talking about her upcoming era, which promises to prioritize her mental health, privacy, and well-being - all while promoting her third studio album titled 'Hit Me Hard and Soft' - the 'Lovely' singer delved into aspects of her sexuality in regards to the song 'Lunch'.
The explicit song contains sexually provocative lines such as: "I could eat that girl for lunch / And she dances on my tongue / Tastes like she might be the one / And I can never get enough."
Eilish also confessed to Rolling Stone that self-love, as she calls it, is a significant part of her life. Despite deeming it "TMI," she emphasized its role in combating her struggles with body image.
Sharing a preference that raised eyebrows, Eilish revealed her penchant for engaging in this intimate act in front of a mirror.
As for why, well, the singer explained: "Partly because it’s hot, but it also makes me have such a raw, deep connection to myself and my body, and have a love for my body that I have not really ever had.
"I got to say, looking at yourself in the mirror and thinking ‘I look really good right now’ is so helpful…
"I have learned that looking at myself and watching myself feel pleasure has been an extreme help in loving myself and accepting myself, and feeling empowered and comfortable."
She elaborated, expressing how this practice fosters a profound connection with her body and cultivates self-love - a journey she's earnestly embarked upon.
The reaction to Eilish's transparency was swift. Admirers lauded her for her authenticity, dubbing her "so real" for the candid admission. Yet, not everyone was on board, with some deeming it oversharing.
However, Eilish stands by her openness, advocating for destigmatizing conversations around sex and self-empowerment. For her, discussing such topics is not just liberating - it's essential.
In defiance of societal norms, Eilish vows to keep the dialogue alive, asserting her right to embrace her sexuality and encouraging others to do the same.
As she boldly declared: "My experience as a woman has been... It’s seen in such a weird way. People are so uncomfortable talking about it, and weirded out when women are very comfortable in their sexuality and communicative in it.
"I think it’s such a frowned-upon thing to talk about, and I think that should change.
"You asked me what I do to decompress? That s**t can really, really save you sometimes, just saying. Can’t recommend it more, to be real."
